Introduction

The real set of rules has been developed in accordance with federal laws of December 30, 2009 No. 384-FZ "Technical Regulations on the Safety of Buildings and Structures", on November 23, 2009 No. 261-FZ "On Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency and Making Changes to individual legislative acts of the Russian Federation ", of July 22, 2008 No. 123-FZ" Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements ". 1 AREA OF USE

1.1 This set of rules applies to the design of buildings, structures, platforms and premises intended for parking (storage) of cars, minibuses and other motor vehicles.

1.2 This set of rules does not apply to garages intended for current repair (TR) and maintenance (MA) of cars, as well as parking cars used to transport explosives, toxic and radioactive substances.

3. Terms and definitions

The following Terms with the relevant definitions are applied in this Code of Rules:

3.5 Ground parking of a closed type: parking of cars with outdoor enclosing structures.

3.6 Terrestrial parking lot of open type: Parking of cars, in which at least 50% of the outer surface area of \u200b\u200bexternal fences on each tier (floor) make up the openings, the rest - Parapedes.

4. Placing parking cars. General provisions

4.1 In this Code of Rules, there are parking lots of passenger cars and minibuses in accordance with the application A and motor vehicles (hereinafter - parking cars).

Accommodation of parking lots on the territory of urban and rural settlements, the size of their land plots should be provided with regard to the requirements of the SP 18.13330, SP 42.13330, SP 43.13330, SP 54.13330, SP 118.13330, SanPine 2.2.1 / 2.1.1.1200, of this Code of Rules and Regulatory Documents on Fire safety.

4.2 Parking of cars, additive to other destination buildings, must be separated from these buildings with fire walls of the 1st type.

4.3 Parking of cars built into the buildings or structures of another destination must have a degree of fire resistance and a class of constructive fire danger to no less degree of fire resistance and a class of constructive fire danger of a building or structure in which they are embedded.

Buildings of other classes of functional fire danger, in which parking lots are built, should be degrees of fire resistance I and II, classes of constructive fire danger C0 and C1, with the exception of buildings of the subclasses of functional fire hazard F1.1, F4.1, as well as class F5 categories The explosion and fire danger A and B. 4.4 In the Buildings of the Functional Fire Danger of F1.3, the built-in parking lot is allowed to separate the fireplace overlapping of the 2nd type, while the residential floors should be separated from the parking lot in the non-residential floor.

4.5 In the building subclass of the functional fire danger F1.4. Parking of car owners of the house is allowed to embed regardless of the degree of fire resistance and class of constructive fire danger of buildings. At the same time, parking cars should be separated by fireproof obstacles with the fire resistance limit not lower than EI 45. The door between the parking lot of cars and residential premises should be fire from the limits of fire resistance not lower than EI 30 (with a seal in the forces and a device for self-sharpening) and should not go directly into sleeping room.

4.6 in parking lots built-in or attached to the buildings of another class or subclass of functional fire hazard (except for the buildings subclass F1.4), in order to limit the spread of the fire, it should be ensured the distance from the openings of the parking lot to the bottom of the nearest window and other openings of the building of another functional destination Less than 4 m or fire filling of the specified openings or provide for the standards of car parking a deaf visor from non-combustible (NG) materials with a width of at least 1 m, overlapping the width of the opening on each side by no less than 0.5 m.

4.7 It is not allowed to place open and closed parking lots in the first - the third belts of sanitary protection zones of water-drinking water and drinking purposes in accordance with SanPiN 2.1.4.1074, as well as in the security zones of rivers and reservoirs.

4.8 Under conditions of sufficiently protected, the water horizon is possible placement of parking lots in the third belt of the sanitary protection zone in the event of measures to protect the aquifers from penetration from the surface of chemical and bacterial pollution. Such cases require compulsory approval with the authorities of state sanitary and epidemiological, water, geological and hydrological, environmental oversight.

4.9 parking lots can be placed below and / or higher levels of land, consist of underground and overhead parts, including using the roof of these buildings, attach to the buildings of another destination or integrate into the buildings of another functional purpose of fire resistance I and II, classes of constructive fire fighter The dangers of C0 and C1, with the exception of the buildings of the subclasses of the functional fire danger F1.1, F4.1, as well as the class F5 categories of the explosion and fire hazard A and B.

Underground parking is allowed to be placed on unanoxided territory (under drives, streets, squares, squares, lawns, etc.).

In the building subclass of the functional fire hazard F1.3, it is allowed to embed parking cars of only closed type.

4.10 Parking of passenger cars embedded in the subclass of the functional fire hazard of F1.3, should be only with constantly fixed places for individual owners.

Place the parking lots directly under the rooms built into other buildings, the subclasses of the functional fire danger F1.1 and F4.1 is not allowed.

4.11 Parking of a closed type for cars with engines working on a compressed natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, as well as combinations of gas and liquid motor fuel, embed in the buildings of other purposes and add to them, as well as positioning below the ground level is not allowed.

4.12 Distances from parking cars to other buildings and structures should be taken in accordance with Table 7.1.1 Sanpin 2.2.1 / 2.1.1.1200-03 and with regulatory framework for fire safety.

When placing underground, semi-base parking lots in residential and public buildings, as well as for obmounted parking lots, the distance from entry-departure to a residential or public building is not regulated.

4.13 For underground, semi-oiled and stalked parking lots, the distance from entry-departure and ventilation mines to the territory of schools, pre-school educational organizations, medical and preventive institutions, residential buildings, recreation sites, etc., and it should be at least 15 m.

4.14 For cars of small groups of the population (MGN), it should be provided for machine-spaces according to SP 59.13330.

4.15 Land size for placing parking lots should be determined by SP 42.13330.

4.16 In the basements and ground floors of the newly under construction of residential buildings, the device of embedded and built-in and attached parking lots should be performed in compliance with the conditions of Sanpin 2.1.2.2645.

4.17 Driversides from parking lots should be provided with a good overview and are located so that all car maneuvers are carried out without creating interference with pedestrians and movement in the adjacent territory.

The smallest distances to residential and public buildings are substantiated by the calculations of the pollution of atmospheric air and acoustic calculations.

4.18 Fireproof distances from land and land-underground parking lots to residential and public buildings should be taken in accordance with the requirements of regulatory framework for fire safety.

5. Volume-planning and design solutions

5.1. General requirements

5.1.1 Capacity of parking cars is calculated in accordance with the dimensions of the machines and the size of the passages shown in Appendix A.

5.1.2 When counting overhead floors, an open parking lot on the roof is not taken into account without installing a canopy. With a canopy device, it is included in the number of above-ground floors and requires a device of flakes of dry drybones in accordance with the requirements of regulatory frameworks for fire safety. Car parking on the operated roof must be provided with evacuation outputs provided for in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory documents on fire safety. Installing temporary shelters for cars on an exploited roof is not allowed.

5.1.3 Car parking is carried out:

A) with the participation of drivers - on ramps, rampam or using freight elevators;

B) without the participation of drivers - mechanized devices;

C) with the participation of drivers and using mechanized devices.

5.1.4 Parameters for storage of cars, ramps, ramp and travel parking lots, distances between cars in storage places, as well as between cars and building structures are established by the project depending on the type (class) of cars, the storage method, the size of the car, their maneuverability and arrangements in accordance with Appendix A.

5.1.5 Dimensions of the disabled space-haired wheelchairs should be taken (taking into account the minimum allowable security gaps) 6.0 x 3.6 m.

5.1.6 The categories of premises and buildings used for storing cars, in the explosion and fire hazard, should be determined in accordance with the regulatory documents on fire safety.

5.1.7 The degree of fire resistance and the class of constructive fire hazard, the permissible number of floors and the floor area within the fire compartment of underground closed and open land parking lots should be taken in accordance with the requirements of regulatory framework for fire safety.

5.1.8 In the parking lots, it is allowed to provide for service premises for service personnel and engineering and technical support networks. They are placed protection, control and cash points, passenger elevators, sanitary nodes (including adapted for MGN), washing room. Their composition and size of areas are determined by the project in accordance with the design task.

Placement of commercial premises (trays, kiosks, stalls, etc.) directly in the premises of parking cars is not allowed.

5.1.9 indicated in 5.1.8 premises of production, warehouse and technical purposes (including engineering and technical support networks), with the exception of the premises of the categories in the explosion and fire hazard of B4 and D, stand out in the buildings of fire resistance I, II and III - fireborne partitions 1-th type and overlap of the 3rd type, in the degree of fire resistance, IV-type partitions and 4-type overlaps.

5.1.10 On parking lots with 50 and more car continuous and temporary car storage machines with a major entry-departure, a checkpoint must be provided (premises for cleaning equipment, service personnel, toilet, etc.), a playground is equipped for Placement of primary means of fire extinguishing, personal protective equipment and fire tools.

5.1.11 In the storage premises of passenger cars of individual owners of the Manege type for the allocation of constantly fixed machines, the use of fencing (in the form of a grid) from non-combustible (NG) materials is allowed.

5.1.12 Car parking premises is allowed to provide without natural lighting. Premises with a permanent stay of people are allowed to provide with insufficient biological effects.

5.1.13 When designing parking lots, erected in areas of seismicity 7, 8 and 9 points, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of section 9 SP 14.13330.2014.

5.1.14 Parking of cars with engines working on a compressed natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas should be provided in separate buildings and structures of fire resistance I, II, III and IV, class of constructive fire danger C0, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents on the fire department security.

In separate parking lots on gasoline or diesel fuel, storing passenger gas storage rooms should be placed on the upper ground floors, as well as in boxes that have a direct exit outside of each boxing. The location of the premises for storing gas-filled cars on the floors of parking lots of open-type cars, as well as in mechanized parking lots (subject to ensuring the ventilation of storage tiers) is not normalized.

5.1.15 It is not allowed to provide parking for gas-filled cars:

In the base and underground floors of parking cars;

In landmarks of closed-type cars placed in other destination buildings;

In landmarks of closed-type cars with uninsulated ramps;

When storing cars in boxes that do not have direct exit outside of each boxing.

5.1. With the limit of fire resistance EI 30 and the side of the air during the fire. In buildings, the subclass of the functional fire danger F1.3 message between parking cars and a residential part within the floor is not allowed.

5.1.17 In accordance with the SP 59.13330 parking lots should be available for MGN. Parking spaces for the MGN should be provided on the first ground floor of terrestrial parking lots and not lower than the first (top) underground floor of underground parking lots.

5.1.18 Ground parking lots can be height no more than nine floors (tiers), underground - no more than five floors (tiers).

In determining the number of floors in the building, the basement should be considered the ground floor of the building.

5.1.19 Multi-storey parking lots of more than 10 m high must have at least two outlets on the roof (coating) of buildings for each fire compartment.

5.1.20 The height of the premises (the distance from the floor to the bottom of the protruding building structures or engineering communications and the suspension equipment) of the car storage and the height above the ramps and drives should be 0.2 m greater than the height of the highest car, but not less than 2 m. At the same time Classes of cars placed indicate the design task. The height of the passages on the paths of evacuation of people should be at least 2 m.

5.1.21 From each floor of the fire compartment of parking lots (except for mechanized parking lots), at least two dispersed evacuation outlets should be provided directly to the outside, in stair cells or on the type 3 staircase.

The ramp, which provides for one of the evacuation outputs, should be isolated and made with a sidewalk device with a width of at least 0.8 m and wheels.

The adjacent fire compartment, in which one of the evacuation outputs is envisaged, should be provided with two evacuation outputs directly outward, in stair cells or on the 3-type staircase.

From each fire compartment on the floor, it should be provided for at least two entrances, directly outwardly, on the ramp, ramp, the platform before the ramp. One of these trips (entrances) is allowed to provide through an adjacent fire compartment.

5.1.22 The distance from the most remote storage location to the nearest evacuation exit in underground and terrestrial car parkings should be taken: between evacuation outputs - 40 and 60 m, respectively, in a deadlock of the room - 20 and 25 m, respectively.

5.1.23 In the multi-storey buildings of parking lots of transverse and longitudinal biases of the floors of each floor, the location of the trails and trays should be provided in such a way that liquids are expelled to the ramp and the floors below.

5.1.24 The slope of inclined intercharting floors should be no more than 6%.

5.1.25 In the buildings of high-rise parking, the elevators must comply with the requirements of GOST R 53296.

In the parking lots of storage to 50 cars, installing one cargo elevator, up to 100 cars - at least two cargo elevators, over 100 cars - by calculation.

The mines and cabins of the elevator should be provided for at least 2650 mm wide and at least 2000 mm in height, the internal sizes of the cab - according to GOST R 53771. The size of the cabin of the passenger elevator (one of the passenger elevators) must ensure the transportation of MGN using wheelchairs, In accordance with GOST R 51631.

5.1.26 In parking lots built into another destination buildings, it is not allowed to provide common conventional staircases and common elevator mines. To ensure the functional connection of parking lots and other purposes of other purposes, outputs from elevator mines and parking lots of car parking should be provided in the lobby of the main input of the specified building with the device on the floor parking lots of 1-type vet with air. 5.1.27 In high-rise buildings, parking lots for moving cars should include ramps, ramps, inclined interhesive floors or special elevators (mechanized devices).

When using constructions with continuous spiral floor, each full round should be considered as a tier (floor).

For multi-storey parking lots with semi-standings, the total number of floors is defined as the number of semi-entrances divided by two, the area of \u200b\u200bthe floor is determined as the sum of two adjacent semi-entrances.

5.1.28 The number of RAMP and the number of necessary entrances, respectively, should be taken on the number of cars on all floors, except for the first (for underground parking - on all floors), taking into account the operating mode of the parking lot, the estimated traffic intensity and planning solutions on his organization.

The type and number of RAMP should be taken with the number of cars:

A) up to 100 is one single ramp using the appropriate alarm;

B) up to 1000 - one two-way ramp or two single-section ramps;

C) Over 1000 - two double-chain ramps.

Entry from the underground built-in parking lots, as well as entry-departure from the elevator for transporting cars should be provided directly to the outside or through the parking lot on the first or basement floor.

5.1.29 The width of the marches of evacuation staircases, platforms and stairs of the 3rd type should be at least 1 m.

5.1.30 In the overhead parking lots of a closed type of degrees of fire resistance I and II, classes of constructive fire danger C0 and C1, as well as in the parking lots of open-type cars, a device is allowed for an uninsulated ramp. At the same time, the area of \u200b\u200bthe fire compartment in the parking lots of the closed type is defined as the sum of the areas of the floors connected by non-insulated ramps. The area of \u200b\u200bsuch a fire prevention compartment should not exceed 10400 m2.

The device of a common uninsulated ramp between underground or overhead floors of parking is not allowed.

5.1.31 Ramps and ramps in parking lots must comply with the following requirements:

A) The longitudinal slope of the straight line RAMP on the axis of the strip of movement in closed unheated and open parking should be no more than 18%, curvilinear ramps - no more than 13%, the longitudinal slope of open (not protected against atmospheric precipitation) ramp is not more than 10%.

When heating or other engineering solutions that eliminate the passage of the roadway, the slope of the open ramp should be, as for closed ramp;

B) the transverse bias RAMP must be no more than 6%;

C) on the ramps with a pedestrian movement there should be a pavement with a width of at least 0.8 m with a border with a height of at least 0.1 m;

D) pairing the ramp with horizontal floor sections should be smooth, and the distance from the lower points of the bottom of the car to the floor (clearance) should be at least 0.1 m;

D) the minimum width of the roadway Ramp: straight and curvilinear - 3.5 m, the minimum width of the entrance and exit bands is 3.2 m, and in the curvilinear site - 4.2 m;

(E) The minimum external radius of curvilinear sites is 7.4 m.

5.1.32 When transporting cars by cargo elevators (lifts), the capacity of underground and terrestrial parking lots should not exceed 100 locations.

B) to category II - electric drives of elevators and other mechanized devices for moving cars; Electric drive mechanisms for opening a gate without manual drive and emergency lighting of parking of cars, constantly ready for the exit;

Electrocabilities that feed fireing devices should be attached directly to the introductory boards of the building (structures) and is not allowed to simultaneously use for a liner to other current collectors.

Cable lines that feed fire protection systems should be performed with fire-resistant cables with copper conductors. It is not allowed to use them for other electrical receivers in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory documents on fire safety.

6.4.3 Lighting of car storage premises should be provided in accordance with the requirements of SP 52.13330.

6.4.4 To the network of emergency (evacuation) lighting, light pointers must be connected:

A) evacuation outputs on each floor;

B) routes of car traffic;

C) installation of connecting heads for connecting fire equipment;

D) places of installation of primary fire extinguishing means;

E) location locations of external hydrants (on the facade of the structure);

E) license plates on the facade of the building, facilities;

G) entering the pump fire extinguishing.

6.4.5 Ways of movement of cars inside the parking lots should be equipped with director-oriented director.

Luminaires indicating the direction of movement are set at turns, in places where the slopes, on the ramps, entry into floors, inputs and outputs on the floors and in stair cells.

6.5. Automatic fire extinguishing and automatic fire alarm

6.5.1 Automatic fire extinguishing and alarm systems, fire alerts used on car parking, must comply with the requirements of fire safety regulatory documents.

6.5.2 Type of automatic fire extinguishing installation, extinguishing method and type of fire extinguishing agents are accepted in accordance with the regulatory documents on fire safety.

6.5.3 Automatic fire extinguishing in car storage premises should be provided in the parking lots of a closed type:

A) underground - regardless of the floor;

B) ground - with two floors and more;

1.1 This set of rules applies to the design of buildings, structures, sites and premises for parking (storage) of cars and other motor vehicles. This document discusses the garages-parking lots of cars and minibuses (hereinafter referred to as the parking lot), see Appendix A.

1.2 This set of rules does not apply to garages intended for repair and maintenance of cars, as well as parking cars used to transport explosives, poisonous, infectious and radioactive substances.

2 Regulatory references

4 Parking accommodation

4.1 Placement of parking lots and other motor vehicles (hereinafter parking) on \u200b\u200bthe territory of urban and rural settlements, the size of their land plots should be provided with regard to the requirements of the SP 42.13330, SanPyn 2.2.1 / 2.1.1.1200, SP 18.13330, SP 43.13330, SP 54.13330, SP 54.13330 118.13330, of these Rules.

4.5 In the buildings of class F 1.4 built-in (attached) Parking, which contains one passenger car owner of the house, is allocated by fireproof obstacles in accordance with 6.11.4 SP 4.13130.

4.6 In the built-in in the building of another destination or amounted to car parking purposes, in order to prevent the dissemination of a fire, it is necessary to ensure the distance from the openings of the parking lot to the nearest window openings of the building of another appointment of at least 4 m or fire filling the specified openings (except for buildings of class F 1.4).

4.7 Placing open and closed car parks is not allowed in 1, 2, 3 belts of sanitary protection zones of water-drinking water intakes in accordance with SanPiN 2.1.4.1074, as well as in the security zones of rivers and reservoirs.

4.8 Under conditions of sufficient protection of aquifer, there is an accommodation of parking lots in the 3rd zone of sanitary protection in the case of measures to protect the aquifers from penetration from the surface of chemical and bacterial contamination. Such cases require compulsory approval with the authorities of state sanitary and epidemiological, water, geological and hydrological, environmental oversight.

4.12 Distance from car parks to other buildings and structures should be taken in accordance with the SP 42.13330, SanPine 2.2.1 / 2.1.1.1200.

The distance from the buildings of car parks with the number of machine-places more than 300 should be taken in accordance with the notes to Table 10 SP 42.13330. The minimum distances from the stuffed car parks to the buildings are not limited.

4.13 Storage of cars for the carriage of fuel and lubricants (fuel) should, as a rule, should be provided for open areas or in separate single-storey buildings not lower than II degree of fire resistance C0. Such car parks are allowed to add to the deaf fire walls of the 1st or 2nd type of production buildings I and II degrees of Fire resistance C0 (except for buildings of categories A and B), subject to storage on car parking with a total capacity of no more than 30 cars in the car parking lot.

In open areas, car storage for the transportation of fuel and lubricants should be provided for by groups in the amount of no more than 50 cars and the total capacity of the specified materials of no more than 600 m 3. The distance from the storage sites for transportation of fuel and enterprises to buildings and structures of the enterprise should be taken on SP 4.13130 \u200b\u200bin relation to warehouses of flammable liquid (LVZ), and at least 50 m to administrative and domestic buildings.

4.14 For cars of small groups of the population (MGN), places should be provided according to SP 59.13330.

4.15 When determining the size of land plots of car parks, the SP 42.13330 should be followed.

5 Volume-planning and design solutions

5.1 General requirements

5.1.1 The capacity of car park (number of the machine) is determined by the calculation and is reflected in the design task. In cases where the parking lot is reconstructed, configured or embedded, accounting for the features of the existing building.

5.1.2 Open parking on the operated roof without installing a canopy is not taken into account when calculating the above-ground floors, with a canopy device, it is included in the number of above-ground floors and requires a device of flakes of dry dry tubes. 5.1.3 Car parking can be carried out:

a) with the participation of drivers - on ramps (rampam) or using freight elevators;

b) without the participation of drivers - mechanized devices.

5.1.4 Parameters for car storage, ramps (RAMP) and travel in the parking lot, the distance between cars in storage places, as well as between cars and building structures are established by the project depending on the type (class) of cars, the storage method, the size of the car, their maneuverability and arrangements taking into account.

5.1.5 The dimensions of the machine-space should be taken (taking into account the minimum allowable security gaps) - 5.3 × 2.5 m, and for people with disabilities using wheelchairs - 6.0 × 3.6 m.

5.1.6 Categories of premises and buildings for storing cars in the explosion and fire hazard should be determined in accordance with SP 12.13130. Parking rooms can relate to categories B1 - B4, buildings of cars of passenger cars - to category B (with the exception of cars with engines operating on a compressed or liquefied gas).

5.1.7 The degree of fire resistance and class of constructive fire hazard, the permissible number of floors and the floor area within the fire compartment of underground parking lots, closed and open overhead parking should be taken in accordance with the requirements of SP 2.13130.

5.1.8 In the publication buildings, it is allowed to provide for: service premises for service and duty personnel (control and cash points, dispatching, security), sanitary nodes (including adapted for MGN), pantry for customer baggage, as well as public phones and passenger elevators. Their need, composition and area are determined by the project depending on the size of the parking lots and the characteristics of its operation.

The specified premises, including the premises of the combined engineering systems, should be separated from each other and from the storage of car storage by fire-type 1-type partitions. Outputs from these premises are allowed through car storage.

5.1.10 In parking lots with 50 or more places of permanent and temporary storage of cars, with the main entrance, the exit must be arranged by the checkpoint (premises for cleaning machinery, service personnel, toilet, etc.), equipped with a platform for storing fire fighting equipment, Installations of garbage containers.

5.1.14 The storage premises of gas-filled cars should be provided in separate buildings and structures I, II, III and IV degrees of fire resistance C0.

5.1.15 The storage premises of gas-filled cars is not allowed to be provided:

a) in the basement and underground floors of car parks;

b) in the aboveground parking lots of the closed type placed in other destination buildings;

c) in the aboveground parking lots of a closed type with uninsulated ramps;

d) when storing cars in boxes that do not directly leave out from each boxing.

5.1.16 The relationship of the premises of parking lots with other destination (not included in the car park) or the adjacent fire compartment is allowed through tambour-gateways with a side of the air in a fire and drainage curtains over the opening of the parking lot with automatic launch in accordance with the requirements of SP 5.13130.

5.1.23 In the multi-storey buildings, the biases of the floors of each floor, as well as the placement of labels and trays should be provided in such a way that the liquids and floors are expelled to enter the ramp and the floors below.

5.1.24 Inclined interhesive floors must have a slope of no more than 6%.

5.1.25 In buildings of multi-storey car parks, elevators must comply with the requirements of GOST R 52382.

In parking lots with storage to 50 cars, a device of one cargo elevator is allowed, up to 100 cars of at least two cargo elevators, over 100 cars - by calculation.

5.1.26 In parking lots built into another destination buildings, it is not allowed to provide general conventional staircases and general elevator mines. 5.1.27 In multi-storey buildings, parking lots for moving cars should include ramps (ramps), inclined interchaltering or special elevators (mechanized devices).

5.1.28 The number of ramp and, accordingly, the number of necessary departures and entry in parking lots are determined depending on the number of cars located on all floors, except for the first (for underground parking - on all floors), taking into account the mode of use of the parking lot, the calculated traffic intensity and planning solutions for His organizations.

Type and number of ramp are accepted with the number of cars:

a) up to 100 is one single ramp using the appropriate alarm;

b) up to 1000 - one two-way ramp or two single-section ramps;

c) Over 1000 - two double-chain ramps.

Entry (departure) from the underground floors of the parking lot through the car storage area on the first or basement floors is not allowed.

5.1.29 Marches of evacuation staircases and 3-type stairs must have a width of at least 1 m.

5.1.30 The device of uninsulated ramp is allowed in ground parking lots:

a) with the reconstruction of existing buildings of car parking I and II degree of fire resistance; This should provide a fire compartment (compartments), defined as the sum of the areas of floors connected by uninsulated ramps. b) in the buildings of the classes of constructive fire danger C0 and C1 floors inclusive I and II degree of fire resistance with the total area of \u200b\u200bthe floors of no more than 10,400 m 2;

5.1.31 Ramps in parking lots must meet the following requirements:

a) the longitudinal slope of the straight line RAMP on the axis of the strip of movement in the closed unheated and open type of parking should be no more than 18%, curvilinear ramps - no more than 13%, the longitudinal slope of open (not protected against atmospheric precipitation) ramp is not more than 10%;

b) the transverse bias RAMP should be no more than 6%;

c) on the ramps with a pedestrian movement should be provided for a pavement width of at least 0.8 m with a border with a height of at least 0.1 m;

d) devices of smooth pairs of ramps with horizontal sections of the floor with a slope of more than 13%;

e) ensuring the minimum width of the roadway of the Ramp: straight and curvilinear - 3.5 m, the minimum width of the entrance and exit strip is 3.0 m, and in the curvilinear section - 3.5 m;

(e) Compliance with the minimum external radius of curvilinear sections is 7.4 m.

5.1.32 In underground and terrestrial parking lots with a capacity of up to 100 machine-spaces, it is allowed instead of a ramp to provide a device for cargo elevators for transporting cars.

When accommodating parking lots on two or more floors, at least two cargo elevators in mines with a side of the air during a fire, which are fightering the designs of which should be with the limits of fire resistance at least limits of fire resistance of intermediate floors.

5.1.36 In the premises for storing cars in the departure places (entry) on the ramp or in an adjacent fire compartment, as well as on the coating (when placing a parking lot), measures should be provided for the prevention of possible spreading of fuel in the fire.

6 Engineering systems

6.1 General requirements

5 Volume-planning and design solutions

5.1 General requirements

5.1.28 The number of ramp and, accordingly, the number of necessary departures and entry in parking lots are determined depending on the number of cars located on all floors, except for the first (for underground parking - on all floors), taking into account the mode of use of the parking lot, the calculated traffic intensity and planning solutions for His organizations.

Type and number of ramp are accepted with the number of cars:

a) up to 100 is one single ramp using the appropriate alarm;

b) up to 1000 - one two-way ramp or two single-section ramps;

c) Over 1000 - two double-chain ramps.

Entry (departure) from the underground floors of the parking lot through the car storage area on the first or basement floors is not allowed.

5.1.29 Marches of evacuation staircases and 3-type stairs must have a width of at least 1 m.

5.1.31 Ramps in parking lots must meet the following requirements:

5.1.32 In underground and terrestrial parking lots with a capacity of up to 100 engine-locations, it is allowed instead of a ramp to provide a device of freight elevators (lifts) for car transportation.

5.1 General requirements

Type and number of ramp are accepted with the number of cars:

3. Terms and definitions

The following Terms with the relevant definitions are applied in this Code of Rules:

3.1. Parking for cars (parking): building, construction (part of the building, facilities) or a special open area intended only for parking (storage) cars.

3.4. Mechanized Parking: Parking, in which the transportation of cars in the place (cells) of storage is carried out by special mechanized devices without drivers.

3.5. Parking with semi-mechanized parking: Parking, in which car transportation in storage places is carried out with the participation of drivers using special mechanized devices.

3.6. Built-in parking: Parking, located within part of the height or width of another functional building and highlighted fire barriers.

4. Placement of built-in underground car parks

Underground parking is allowed to embed in the buildings of another functional purpose I and II degrees of fire resistance C0 and C1, with the exception of the buildings of the classes of functional fire hazard F1.1, F4.1, as well as F5 Categories A and B. It is not allowed to have underground built-in car parks under Fire compartments of these classes of functional fire danger.

In the class of class F1.3, it is allowed to embed car parkings of passenger cars only with constantly fixed places for individual owners.

In the building class F1.4, the parking lot is allowed to embed regardless of their fire resistance and class of structural fire danger. At the same time, the parking lot is allocated by fireproof barriers with the EI45 fire resistance limit.

5. Volume-planning and design solutions

5.1. General requirements

5.1.1. Car parking can be carried out:

With the participation of drivers - on ramps (rampam) or using freight elevators (parking without mechanized parking and with semi-mechanized parking);

Without participation of drivers - mechanized devices (mechanized parking).

5.1.2. In parking lots with semi-powered parking, it is allowed to store cars in two levels.

5.1.3. Categories of premises for storing cars in the explosion and fire hazard should be determined in accordance with the requirements of the SP 12.13130. Rooms for storing cars in the absence of calculations should be attributed to category B1, fire compartment Parking - to category V.

5.1.4. Parking (storage) of cars intended for the transport of fuel and lubricants, explosives, poisonous, infectious and radioactive substances, as well as cars with engines operating on a compressed natural gas and liquefied oil gas, not allowed in underground built-in parking lots.

5.2. Parking without mechanized parking and with semi-powered parking

5.2.1. Built-in underground parking can have no more than five underground floors.

5.2.2. Underground parking should be separated from fire bins of another functional purpose by fireproof walls and 1-type overlaps.

In the buildings of class F1.3, the built-in underground parking is allowed to separate from residential floors with a technical floor selected by fire-fighting overlap of the 2nd type.

In the premises of the storage of passenger cars belonging to citizens, the use of mesh fencing from non-combustible materials is allowed to allocate constantly fixed places. 5.2.7. Accommodation in the built-in underground parking lots of categories A and B is not allowed.

5.2.8. In underground embedded parking lots, it is allowed to include: service premises for service and duty personnel (control and cash points, dispatching, protection), technical purposes (for engineering equipment), sanitary nodes.

The device in an underground built-in parking lot of cars for car service (maintenance and operating posts, diagnostics and adjustment, etc.) is not allowed, except for the premises of the washing. Washing rooms should be separated from the premises of storage of cars by fireproof obstacles with the limit of fire resistance (R) EI45 and the corresponding filling of the openings.

5.2.9. Service premises of duty and attendants, pumping fire extinguishing and water supply, transformer substations (only with dry transformers), the washing room is allowed to be placed not lower than the first underground (upper) floor of the built-in underground parking.

5.2.10. In underground embedded parking lots, it is allowed to use elevators and staircases that connect the floors of the parking lot with the lobby at the entrance to the building, providing for all levels of the underground floors of the parking lot on the type of air to the air. .

5.2.16. Departure (entry) from underground built-in car parking, as well as departure (entry) from the elevator for transporting cars to the underground parking lot should be provided directly to the outside or through the parking lot on the first or basement floor.

5.2.17. In the parking lots common for all underground floors, ramps, as well as ramps connecting parking stages, must be separated (be isolated) on each floor from car storage premises fireproof obstacles and 1-type tambour gateways with a side of the air in the depth of the depth. 5.2.22. The permissible distance from the most remote storage location to the nearest evacuation exit should be taken according to SP 1.13130 \u200b\u200b(Table 33).

5.2.23. Stairs used as evacuation routes must have a width of at least 1 m.

5.2.25. 5.2.26. The finishing of walls and ceilings of the parking should be made of non-combustible materials.

Parking floors should be resistant to the effects of petroleum products and is designed for dry (including mechanized) cleaning of the premises.

The coating of the ramp and pedestrian tracks should exclude slipping.

Flooring should be provided from materials providing a flame distribution group for such a coating not lower than RP1.

5.2.27. In places of travel and storage of cars, the height of the premises and gates from the floor to the bottom of the protruding structures and the suspension equipment should exceed at least 0.2 m largest car height and should be at least 2.0 m.

5.2.28. In underground parking, it is necessary to provide devices for removing water in case of fire extinguishing.

5.3. Mechanized parking

5.3.1. The rooms of mechanized parking lots can be provided underground in a separate fire compartment, isolated by fire walls and overlaps of 1st type with a capacity of no more than 100 cars.

5.3.2. Departure (entry) from underground integrated mechanized parking lot, as well as departure (entry) from a parking device for transporting cars should be provided directly to the outside or through the parking lot on the first or basement floor.

When organizing departures (entry) through the first or basement floor, a parking device should be separated by fireproof obstacles and a 1-type tambour gateway with a depth of a depth, which provides an opening of the gate, but not less than 1.5 m.

5.3.3. From each storage level of the mechanized car park for the evacuation of repair and maintenance personnel, it is necessary to provide at least two dispersed outputs. 6. Requirements for engineering systems

6.1. General requirements

6.2. Fire water supply requirements

6.3. Heating, ventilation and anti-e-protection

6.3.2.
