Cooking method:

1. Scald the lemon with boiling water or soak in it for about a minute, then cut it in half, squeeze the juice well from each half and strain.

3. Cut the onion into very small slices and marinate in freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Cooking method:

1. Rinse the potatoes well and boil them in their uniforms in lightly salted water. Then cool and peel the skin. Cover hard-boiled eggs with plenty of cold water to make it easier to peel them.

2. Put pink salmon in a deep bowl, and mash with a fork into small pieces. To prevent the seeds from getting into the salad, remove them just before chopping.
