A tuna sandwich is a quick option for a snack or even breakfast. Today we are preparing a sandwich in Uzbek style :)), not with toast bread, but with flatbread. For a tuna sandwich we will need these products.

Prepare the bread. The peels can be cut off or left as is. You can take toast bread, or you can use any bread. Open the can of tuna and carefully drain the oil.

Boil and chop the eggs. There is another option when the eggs are cut into thin rings. But they hold their shape so poorly that it’s easier to grind them.

Cut the sweet pickled cucumber into thin slices diagonally. Tear off the parsley leaves.

Combine tuna, eggs and mayonnaise. Mix everything until smooth. You can lay it out in layers, if desired.

  • half a lime;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • a bunch of fresh tarragon;
  • odorless oil (olive) – 150 ml;
  • wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.

You can prepare a sandwich in 20 minutes. Calorie content (per 100 g) does not exceed 120 kcal.

Recipe step by step:

Step 1. Squeeze the juice from half a lime and finely chop the tarragon leaves.

Step 2. Make mayonnaise: combine the egg yolk with mustard and beat with a whisk or mixer, gradually pour in refined oil while whipping. When the mixture thickens, pour in the juice and wine vinegar. At the end of cooking, add tarragon and whisk again.

Step 3. Boil a chicken egg, be sure to hard-boil it. Chop the green onion and peel the egg. Mash the tuna, then combine it with chopped onion, add freshly prepared mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly.

In order to achieve the ideal taste, but at the same time reduce the calorie content of the sandwich, it is very important that the bread is made from wholemeal flour, and even better, with bran.

Amount of products for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado (very ripe);
  • low-fat mayonnaise – 50 g;
  • yogurt (without sugar) – 20 g;
  • 350 g tuna (canned);
  • Tabasco sauce – 3 drops;
  • 1 lime for juice and finely grated zest;
  • a handful of chopped chives;
  • wholemeal bun – 4 buns;
  • add black pepper only to taste;
  • add salt at your discretion.

You can prepare four servings in 10 minutes, each containing 119 kcal.

  1. Cut a very ripe avocado, remove the pit, and place the pulp in the bowl of a food processor or blender;
  2. Add 50 grams of low-fat mayonnaise, a little yogurt and grind everything until smooth;
  3. Pour the mixture into a separate bowl, mix with tuna meat, Tabasco sauce, lime juice and finely grated zest, green onions (leave a little);
  4. Toast four buns in the oven, place the tuna mixture between the halves, and sprinkle with the remaining onions.

Sandwich with tuna and mozzarella

And finally, a mozzarella sandwich. There are many recipes for its preparation, but this one is one of the best. It turns out to be not too high in calories, with a piquant tomato sourness and a rich taste of pine nuts.

  • mozzarella – 4 slices;

Cooking process:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices and the cheese into slices, the thickness of the slices should be about 4 mm;
  2. Cut the bun lengthwise into two equal parts;
  3. Spread the bottom of the bun with pesto sauce and sprinkle with nuts;
  4. Place a thin slice of tomato on top and season with salt;
  5. Add cheese slices;
  6. Place the tuna mixture on the sandwich, pour olive oil over it, and cover with the lid from the second part of the bun;
  7. Note: place food so that it does not protrude beyond the bun.

Sandwich with tuna meat and black radish

The filling of this sandwich contains a lot of vegetables, and they will create the necessary volume, so it will be easy to get enough of this dish, and the vegetable filling contains few calories.

For one serving you will need:

  • canned tuna – 100 grams;
  • black radish – 30 g;
  • natural honey – 10 g;
  • green radish – 10 g;
  • red onion - ¾ onion;

  3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 1 minute in the preheated oven.
  4. Place the prepared salad mixture on the slices, and on it one piece of cheese, a layer of tomatoes, and the remaining cheese on top.
