You won’t surprise anyone with such a period on the assembly line - many successful cars from Japanese manufacturers are also produced for quite a long time. But in the Mercedes Gelendvagen, the main thing is different - over the years, the design of the SUV has remained virtually unchanged.
Yes, certain improvements and additions are being made to it, and in terms of decoration, the restyled model of 2015 is very different from the previous generation - but the general concept remains constant, and for an uninitiated person, distinguishing the 463rd body from the previous one will be an almost impossible task.
So, despite the somewhat outdated, according to critics, appearance and unsightly design, Mercedes-Benz does not plan to remove the G-class from production or make any radical changes to the design.
