A more plausible scenario was that Schneider assisted the US military to reach the deepest level of the base at Dulce, level 7, which was closed and where the true cause of the conflict lay.

Sometime in 1993, Schneider stopped working for his various corporate military contract clients due to his belief that there was a secret plan by the high Grays to establish a UN-controlled New World Order planet that they secretly control. He began a series of public lectures where he revealed the activity in the underground bases he helped construct, and the role of extraterrestrial races in infiltrating national governments and creating the New World Order. Schneider gave his keynote lecture at the MUFON conference in May 1995 and was found dead in his home seven months later in January 1996.

REPTILOIDS

The famous ufologist D. Carpenter, who has been dealing with the problem of reptilians for many years, says that almost all eyewitnesses describe them in the same way. They are upright creatures. Their height is from 1.8 to 2.4 meters. The head is a cross between a human head and a lizard head. The same can be said about the face. The skin is scaly, its color is from greenish to brownish, sometimes spotty. The eyes are bulging, golden or light red, with a vertical pupil, like a cat. There is a comb from the top of the head to the mouth. The body might have seemed human if not for the protruding ribs on the chest. The hands are four-fingered, webbed, ending in claws.

Contacts almost always occur at the initiative of reptilians. Carpenter claims that in all cases of such encounters, people did not see spaceships. This gave some researchers reason to assume that the Earth is the homeland of the reptilians and that at the present time. According to the views of these experts, reptilians arose on Earth about 60 million years ago as a result of the evolution of one of the types of lizards.

Reptilian civilization has reached an extremely high level of development. She went into space, where she entered into competition with representatives of alien races that mastered the solar system. For 50 years, through the efforts of many people in the highest echelons of the US National Security Agency, political circles close to the presidential administration, evidence has been collected of the existence of a separate agreement between the government and an alien race of beings.

This betrayal of human civilization was committed with the personal involvement of President Dwight Eisenhower, bypassing the US Constitution and Senate. Analyzing and verifying information was risky and often deadly.

Disappearance of the President

In 1953, astronomers discovered large objects in space that were mistaken for asteroids. It soon became clear that strange objects were located in a very high orbit around the Earth's equator. Among them were huge objects that could only be spaceships.

In the course of the information exchange, for a relatively long time it was not possible to get an answer to the main question: what are the intentions of the aliens? The turning point in the alarming situation came on February 20-21, 1954. Late on the evening of February 20, the inner circle of the presidential administration discovered that Dwight Eisenhower had disappeared and no one knew, contrary to the rules, where the president was at this time. Early in the morning, the president showed up in Los Angeles. The administration hastily prepares a plausible version of the head of state's overnight trip.

It turns out that the president had a toothache the night before because of a missing filling, and he urgently flew to a familiar dentist. The security service found a "dentist" who could be presented to the ubiquitous reporters. Meanwhile, the president, with a small group of advisers, landed at the Muroc airfield. Later, the largest Edwards Air Force Base was created on this site. Judging by quite competent sources, the true purpose of visiting this base was a meeting prepared in advance with representatives of an alien race.

Fifty years later, some details of the amazing contact at the highest level have become known. One of the first to lift the veil on the biggest mystery of the 20th century was Gerald Light, director of the Special Research Foundation. He was among the presidential advisers who arrived at the Edwards base. “I flew to the Air Force base as part of a group that included Franklin Allen, Edwin Noyers, a former financial adviser to President Truman, two high-ranking military officers and Cardinal James Francis McIntyre, a representative of the Vatican. It is known that religion classifies UFOs and aliens as devilish manifestations. However, the president and his advisers decided that the tacit support of the Vatican at the right time could be useful.

After a long check and filling out the necessary paperwork, we were allowed to enter a small secure room. Unlike us, he was collected and very energetic. Dr. Noyers, in particular, had to analyze the possible economic consequences of contact with aliens.

The President spoke briefly with the Cardinal and reminded everyone of the strict observance of confidentiality at the conclusion of our responsible mission. I think that this composition of the group of advisers was quite consistent with the conservative nature of American society in 1954.

From other sources it is known that after the summit contact on February 21, two or three meetings were held with representatives of another race of extraterrestrials. The president was also present at one of the meetings, and in another case, the contact was at the level of representatives of the N.A.B. and a confidant of President Eisenhower's administration. These contacts and separate agreements, at least with one of the alien races, were carried out not on behalf of humanity, but on behalf of and in the interests of the military-political elite of America.

Charles L. Suggs, a former US Navy commander, "who was part of the President's team at Edwards Base, at a meeting on the UFO problem in 1991, shared his impressions of the first contact with the alien race:" I and several officers of the base were supposed to meet alien visitors directly on the place of their landing, near the administrative building.

One of them landed on the concrete 20 feet from the object, the other remained standing on the edge of the "plate". They were comparatively tall creatures, something like 8 feet, slender and surprisingly similar to each other. Their blond, almost white hair almost reached their shoulders. They had light blue eyes and completely colorless lips.

Good and Bad Boys

CIA director William Colby claims that the first meeting with the alien race failed to reach an agreement that would suit the president and his administration. The president's advisers came to the same conclusion. The fact is that the representative of the alien race set a number of conditions that were clearly unfeasible, at least for that period of the military-political situation in the world.

That was enough to not discuss anything else. The last point in the negotiations was put by the alien, demanding to stop the further development of technologies for all types of weapons. It should be noted that after the negotiations, when the psychological burden subsided, disagreements arose among the presidential team about the fact that no steps were taken to reach a compromise.

Speaking of good and bad aliens, it is appropriate to note that in the 1950s, Frances Swan, a woman with unique sensitive abilities, collaborated with the CIA and the Eisenhower administration on a wide range of issues, including intelligence, UFOs and alien alien races. Her information was verifiable. Swan argued that only the Scandinavian race has the goal of saving our planet from nuclear annihilation.

William Cooper, a CIA spokesman in the Pacific who had access to US Army High Command secret files, specifies that shortly after the failed February talks, two meetings were arranged with other races, including the so-called Greys. These negotiations were held in 1954 at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico. In this case, an agreement was reached. The Grays told a story or a convenient legend about their race on one of the planets in the constellation Orion. It turns out that they are dying out due to changed conditions on the planet, so they are looking for ways to save their race.

During one of the meetings in 1971 at the same Holloman base, Robert Emenegger and Allan Sandler commissioned the CIA to film a documentary about a meeting with aliens.

According to W. Cooper, the agreement with the Greys, reached in 1954, contained the following:
- aliens will not interfere in the affairs of earthlings;
- earthlings (US government) will keep secret the presence of aliens on our planet;
- aliens will help us in technological development; this aid will concern only the American nation;
- they are allowed to kidnap a certain number of people for their genetic research, ostensibly to control the development of the human race;
- they undertake to return the abducted people on the condition that these people do not remember anything about their abductions.

Phil Schneider, a mining engineer and geologist who worked on secret underground base programs, states: “In 1954, the Eisenhower administration made an agreement with aliens from outer space who settled on Earth, bypassing the constitution. At the time it was called the "1954 Greada Agreement".

Based on this NSA directive, projects were developed to modernize existing and create several new underground multi-tiered bases for separate or joint work with alien aliens. In most cases, we dealt with the Greys race or its varieties.
Michael Wolf, Ph.D. in theoretical physics and computer science, National Security Council staffer, former adviser to President Bill Clinton on UFO-related programs, admits: "The Eisenhower agreement with an extraterrestrial race was never ratified, as required by the constitution."

The negotiators note that the agreements were made under pressure from the aliens, but everyone agreed that it was impossible to stop them. Philip Corso wrote in his memoirs: “Basically, we have surrendered to an aggressive race of alien aliens. They dictated their conditions to us knowing that we are afraid of any publicity of our agreements.”

By 1955, it became apparent that the aliens had deceived Eisenhower and violated the agreement. It turned out that the aliens capture a huge number of people not only in the United States. It is not known how many people are not returned by them. It was found that at least we are talking about many hundreds of thousands of people captured in America, Europe and Asia.

General Douglas MacArthur, at a meeting of the Chiefs of Staff of the US Army in 1955, said, prudently without mentioning any agreements: “The nations of the world will have to unite, because the next war will be an interplanetary war.
