The starline immobilizer crawler does not work. How to make a keyless immobilizer crawler. Features of the practical implementation of the scheme

The Starline immobilizer is a device that helps to immobilize a car when trying to steal it. However, in addition to its benefits, it can sometimes bring significant inconvenience. This happens when needed. Another unpleasant option: the owner could simply be left without a Starline key.

In such cases, it is usually worth considering the possibility of bypassing the standard immobilizer. It is customary to put into operation such a detail as a lineman for an immobilizer without a Starline key in several ways. Similar systems are commercially available. This module allows you to bypass even the chipless barrier even with Starline.

Features of Embedded Systems

Almost all modern cars today are equipped with protection systems against the possibility of unauthorized theft.

There are the following systems of work of a standard immobilizer:

  • RFID (this usually applies to European and Asian transport);
  • VATS (focused on American cars).

Small explanations are needed: any Starline immobilizer has a connection with a car key. For each RFID key there is a chip that is registered in the memory of the immobilizer. In the case when the key is not recognized as "one's own", then the engine simply will not start. And already for the VATS key, certain requirements must be made: resistive resistance and other characteristics. When this matches them, the device unit will start normally.

Due to the fact that the production of such devices is constantly being improved, it can be very difficult to solve the immobilizer problem, especially if it is Starline. For example, some companies have already made the transition from 40-bit encryption to 80-bit encryption, and this will complicate the ability to bypass the standard immobilizer. Another question is how to treat this problem without a key? In this case, you will need a keyless option. By the way, a similar Starline block is now installed in almost all new car models.

Crawler for regular immobilizer Starline without a key

For what cases might such a crawler be usually needed? There may be such options:

  1. Let's not take the example of a car being stolen. Suppose that it needs to be removed from a certain area due to some requirements (for example, the danger of being found), without waiting for the owner. In this case, you can not do without unauthorized bypass.
  2. Requires the installation of a self-winding car alarm.
  3. The key is lost.

The Starline crawler here offers a simple, but at the same time a serious solution. In modern cars, the ignition lock is not a simple system with power circuits.

Today, a crawler is already a complex electronic device that has a CAN bus and low-current digital circuits. But even in such cases, the problem is solved.

The keyless module of the car factory can cope with this. If the classic bypass models operate at the right high frequency and just broadcast the right signal at the right time, this keyless crawler uses another line. It is located between the immobilizer and the controller. It is on it that you can give an extraneous signal. In different cars, it is presented in different ways. Somewhere it is enclosed in one wire, and somewhere it is two wires of exchange between protocols. It remains only to unravel the exchange protocol and give the actual signal at the right time.

For such an immobilizer hack, even the powers provided by the "cloud services" can be used; they have clusters of huge computing power in the kit and can solve such issues in a fairly short period of time.

How can I connect a standard immobilizer crawler without a Starline key

The bypass for the Starline immobilizer without a key can be connected to the car as follows:

This Starline device can connect to the car twice. The first time it will need to be done is to gather information. The second and already final one will need to be done to collect a direct decryption (this can be done for Ford cars).

It is also possible to use them in the so-called "self-sufficient" mode of a separate installation.

In this case, they are guided by the features of the electronics of modern machines - it allows you to use CAN bus commands or other low-current control pulses to start without a key. Most often, this technique is for Mitsubishi.

There are also more complex options. This applies to combined wiring diagrams. In this case, the bypasser will be connected to data lines and supplemented by simultaneous connections to a CAN-type bus (it is possible even to two motor and cabin ones at once). To start the immobilizer bypass module, it will sometimes be possible to exchange data on all these lines. This keyless way is suitable for Nissan and KIA.

Thus, it turns out that the keyless immobilizer crawler is a module due to which the car is remotely started. If we talk specifically about brands, then Starline itself offers to solve the problem. The Starline brand module is a crawler on almost all modern car brands, primarily due to its extended additional functionality.

What does a standard immobilizer crawler look like for the Starline system

Such a keyless crawler Starline usually has the following standard kit:

  • central block;
  • wires included;
  • self-tapping screws;
  • antenna loop up to 6 cm in diameter;
  • antenna wire 1.5 meters long;
  • user manual.

The latter assumes, for the possibility of bypassing, the automatic temporary shutdown of the standard RFID system itself during remote engine start.

Since a transponder is already built into the ignition key block itself, this module will automatically transmit its code during start-up to the antenna at the standard immobilizer.

Not really

Modern car alarms rarely do without telematics control packages. This is a kind of interface shell that simplifies the use of the functions of the alarm system. In particular, the owner gets the opportunity to implement autorun, which is programmed in accordance with specific preferences and conditions. Almost all Starline kits released in recent years are endowed with this option.

However, in the process of using automatic start, there may be compatibility problems with a standard immobilizer. This device interferes with the remote engine activation command, blocking the power unit. The risk of such situations can be eliminated by the Starline immobilizer crawler, which, as an auxiliary tool, complements the main functionality of the alarm package.

General information about the module

Externally, this device is a small functional module that is integrated into the structure of the signaling complex as one of the control components. Its task is to imitate the key required to unlock the standard immobilizer. To integrate such modules into the security infrastructure, a wide range of additional accessories is used. It may vary depending on the crawler model, but most often it includes a central control unit (the module itself), wires, mounting hardware, a loop antenna with a cable, etc.

At the same time, it should be borne in mind that the Starline immobilizer crawler interacts precisely with the alarms of its brand. What's more, the imitation key chip is unique and cannot be used for a similar alarm kit installed on another car, even on a car of the same brand with an identical immobilizer.

The principle of operation of the crawler

First you need to figure out what an immobilizer is. In fact, these are transponders or miniature radios with chips that are designed to pick up a signal from a standard key. Immobilizer systems have an ignition key identification procedure. That is, even if, according to the geometric parameters, the key fits the lock, but its built-in chip turns out to be incompatible with the previously configured transponder cipher or is completely absent, the immobilizer will not allow the engine to be turned on.

The prohibition also works logically in cases where remote autostart is used, since the key and transponder have not been identified. In turn, the keyless bypass of the Starline immobilizer replaces the chip of the standard key associated with the immobilizer, thereby allowing you to unlock it. At the moment the autorun is activated, the model automatically sends a signal through the antenna to the transponder chip. Therefore, crawlers such devices can only be called conditionally, they rather operate according to a different principle of gaining access to the engine. As for the immobilizers themselves, in Russia the simplest RFID systems are more often used, which, unlike the American VATS standard, do not require additional information through an identifier, which simplifies the “bypass” procedure.

Modifications of Starline Crawlers

The main line of Starline crawlers is the BP family. At the moment, the basic and most common version can be called BP-02. This is a modification that has a minimum set of tools for performing remote identification through a transponder. This version is gradually being replaced by the more technologically advanced Starline VR-03 immobilizer crawler, the main difference of which was the updating of the antenna and its wires, which improved the quality of interaction between the chips.

The most modern representative of this line is BP-05. Among the features of this module is the support of Smart Key technology. For vehicles with such a system, an integrated 3V power supply is provided. The F1 module also deserves attention - this is already a joint development of StarLine and Fortin. This crawler is characterized by versatility in terms of installation options in different cars. The firmware of its chip, in particular, makes it possible to integrate the device into Renault, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, Chevrolet, Nissan, etc.

Setting an alarm with auto start

Almost all bystanders are introduced into the infrastructure of ready-to-use signaling systems. Therefore, the review of installation work should begin with the installation of the basic package. Actually, you need to install a few components - a central control unit, shock sensors, a siren, an antenna and power supply communications.

The installation of an alarm with auto start begins with the installation of the control unit. It is desirable to install it in a hidden place under the central panel. Fastening is carried out with regular fixtures, screws, self-tapping screws and other complete clamps. The siren is installed with the horn down in the engine compartment - wiring is connected to it from the main unit.

As for the antenna, it should be fixed in the upper part of the windshield, but in such a way that there is no working electrical equipment near it. Sensors are placed in the most dangerous places on windows and doors - they control physical access to the cabin.

Module installation

First you need to open the central unit of the module and put a spare key into it. For this, a special connector with a lock is provided in the niche of the case. After that, the case is closed and you can proceed with the installation of the unit itself.

How to install the Starline immobilizer crawler? The best option would be to install in the same place where the central unit of the alarm itself was previously placed. That is, under the dashboard, but subject to the technical distance between electrical appliances. The body is fixed with self-tapping screws.

Connection

The connection uses three wires - red, black and gray. The first is connected to a 12 V circuit - this is a plus of power. The black loop is the negative 70mA control input. At the moment the negative potential is applied to the black wire, the identification of the electronic cipher code is performed. This wire connects to the output connector of the remote start module.

Also, do not forget that connecting the Starline immobilizer crawler also involves the introduction of an antenna into the network. The gray wires are designed specifically for this task. In the most common schemes, the complete antenna is mounted on the ignition switch and connected to the connector at the end of the gray wires.

Alternative ways to bypass the immobilizer

The simplest solution to the problem of bypassing the immobilizer without a special module is to completely disconnect it from the power supply. This method works, but you need to understand that without a transponder, there is a risk of gaining access to control the machine by any attacker who knows how to use code grabbers.

Another solution would be a Starline immobilizer crawler in the form of a key, which is simply left in the car without being connected to the alarm. To unlock the transponder, it is necessary to send a signal from the key fob to the crawler - the immobilizer will also catch it and provide access to the launch.

Conclusion

The inconsistency between the components in telematics car alarm control systems is one of the main disadvantages of such devices. A special Starline immobilizer crawler solves this problem, but at the same time it complicates the processes of communication interaction between internal modules. The slightest inconsistency in the implementation of the functions of different components can lead to serious disruptions in the operation of the entire complex. For example, situations are not uncommon when drivers turn to car services with problems of completely blocking alarms. Therefore, the installation, connection and operation of such systems must be approached with a great deal of responsibility.

Having connected the alarm according to the scheme proposed by the equipment manufacturer, owners often face a problem - all functions work except for autorun. The voltage at the starter appears, the motor shaft starts to rotate, but after a certain time it stops. In fact, this is how a regular immobilizer works, which protects the car from theft. Therefore, not only the ignition wires, but also the immobilizer bypass module must be connected to the main alarm unit. Then autostart can be carried out in the set mode, without fear of stopping the starter. Next, we consider how to make an immobilizer crawler ourselves. Happy reading.

What will be implemented

Any crawler of a regular immobilizer, both purchased and home-made, is simple:

  1. A coil consisting of 50-100 turns is wound around the electronic chip of the key.
  2. Another inductor, also containing 50-100 turns, is located near the ignition switch.
  3. At the time of autostart, the coils are combined into a closed circuit. Due to this, the immobilizer behaves in the same way as if there is a key near the standard lock.

All crawlers, except Fortin, do not work without a key module placed in the car at all times. Because of what, insurers increase the cost of CASCO. A typical crawler circuit is shown below.

Schematic diagram of a homemade crawler

Factory-made devices in their circuit repeat what is shown in the first figure.

Installing and connecting a crawler, regardless of its model, always looks the same.

Features of the practical implementation of the scheme

Let's say you plan to make an immobilizer crawler. Then, without a regular key registered in the control unit, nothing will work. Take the chip of the disassembled key, remove the battery.

Printed circuit board of a regular key fob

The design shown can be placed inside a heat shrink tubing. And on top you need to wind the wire (exactly 50 turns).

The wire is wrapped around the chip

Consider how to make an immobilizer bypass module from easily purchased parts: a 4-pin relay, a 1N4001 diode, a winding wire (d = 0.35-0.5 mm).

When installing the module in a car, take care of the following: the module itself must be hidden, the power cord (1-2 A) must reach it. The crawler is assembled and installed according to the two diagrams shown at the beginning of "Chapter 1".

Making a Crawler Module

The standard immobilizer bypass module, if it is manufactured at the factory, may even contain active elements (transistors, etc.). However, the case of such modules is always made of plastic. This is no coincidence. If the body is made of metal, you will get the equivalent of a short-circuited coil in the main coil - the one wound around the key.

Plastic box and relay

When installing the module, this circumstance must also be taken into account. Do not place the case near metal surfaces (this is desirable).

Let's say you managed to make a box. Now take a 4-pin relay, rated for 12-14 volts, and fix it inside the case. By bypassing the immobilizer, you are switching current less than an ampere. Therefore, the relay can be anything, as long as it can withstand a significant number of operations.

Crawler switching element

It is better to solder the diode "1N4001" to the relay taps. At the same time, remember that the diode is turned on in reverse polarity (“arrow” is directed “from minus”).

4 wires will come out of the case:

  • Two-wire cable for connecting an external coil. Its installation is usually carried out "in place", removing the casing from the lock.
  • Negative polarity power wire (will go to the alarm).
  • Cord "+12 Volts" (power will be supplied to it constantly).

Once again, check with the diagram that was given at the beginning. The immobilizer crawler itself does not contain only a “round” coil. It turns out that four cords come out of the module. They are listed.

The subtleties of making a "deceptive coil"

The inductor placed next to the lock should contain 50 turns of winding wire. Its brand can be any, but a thin winding cable will constantly break. There are two options:

  • A part called a “coil” is made separately and fixed to the lock casing when the system is being installed (mounted);
  • The lock casing itself is dismantled, having previously disconnected the electrical connector, and the cord is wound directly on the casing.

In the first case, you can use a glass cup covered with insulating tape. The winding is fastened at the last stage, for which epoxy resin is used.

Coil separate from the lock

The result of all efforts will look as shown in the photo.

If we talk about "case 2", the result may look even better.

Two coils - "ours" and "regular"

Having screwed heated self-tapping screws into black plastic, their caps are then used as terminals. A thin wire is soldered to the surface of the terminals, having previously cleaned it. We wish you success.

Homemade lineman - questions and answers

A common question sounds like this: if a home-made immobilizer crawler was installed, can it be replaced with a factory one over time? Roughly speaking, they ask whether it is permissible to connect a homemade antenna to serial equipment.

For example, in the circuit of a serial crawler, the antenna circuit contains only a relay. Then the answer will be positive. In other cases, you need to look at the diagram. And if there is even the slightest doubt, do not connect.

The standard immobilizer bypass module may contain a large set of elements, but they often do not belong to the antenna circuit, but to the power circuit. For example, this is done in BP-05 devices (Starline):

It is possible that the key electronics will not work if it is disconnected from the power supply. It is for such key fobs that a stabilizer is provided, which is turned on at the moment the crawler is triggered.

The question remains whether it is possible to use the key in the absence of a battery at all. It will be easy to find the answer: try to start the engine by removing the battery from the key fob.

The review would be incomplete if the following was not said here. Bypassing the standard immobilizer can be done by simply sending codes via the CAN bus. These codes allow you to deactivate protection for a while. Installing crawlers using this principle involves connecting to two wires - conductors of the CAN bus.

The presence of a key, as you understand, is not required in such cases. But they do not recommend the installation of “keyless” crawlers for the following reason: the device can issue error codes that are registered in the engine ECU, and then they have to be deleted.

Finalization of the scheme of the serial crawler

As a result of immo malfunctions or its conflict with the installed alarm, the car engine may be blocked. To bypass the immobilizer in this case, you can use a ready-made blocker crawler or make it yourself.

[ Hide ]

Device and principle of operation

The blocker crawler is made in the form of two antenna adapters that operate through a special switch. In the role of the latter, a relay is used. One antenna is designed to read the pulse from the key, which provides the possibility of keyless entry, and the second - transmits a signal to the ignition switch. The relay is used to communicate directly with the circuit breaker. With this connection, a pulse signal from the key chip is fed to the antenna in the lock, after which it is sent to the immo unit, as a result, the power plant is started.

User Xilvlik, using the example of a device from the manufacturer Starline, spoke about the principle of operation.

Kinds

Four options can be used to bypass the blocker circuit and get the engine running:

  1. Application of the module with the original key-label. The element is installed in a special plastic or metal case designed to read the pulse and transfer it to the ignition switch. This block must be connected to the blocker and installed in a place inaccessible to the criminal. For example, behind the control panel. This option will affect the security of the vehicle, as the hijacker can reveal the spare key and steal the car.
  2. Connecting the control module using only a chip. This option is safer for the vehicle, since a copy of the label from the key is not equipped with a barbed part. However, the car's engine will still be unlocked, so it's possible to steal it.
  3. Experts recommend giving preference to a method that requires the installation of a programmable bypass unit. This module can emulate packet data transmitted by the original key to the immo.
  4. You can completely disable the blocking of the internal combustion engine. The implementation of this option is easier in the case of vehicle models on which immobilizers have just begun to be installed. In modern cars, it is impossible to completely disable the blocker.

User Kirill Kolomna spoke about the varieties of branded devices from the manufacturer Starline.

How to connect crawler?

Before you bypass the immobilizer, you need to decide on the scheme. Regardless of the type of start of the power unit, the use of both key and keyless access is allowed. It is necessary to know exactly the type of lock that is installed on the machine; for this, you should familiarize yourself with the key bits. If there is a contact resistance element on this part, then the vehicle is equipped with a VATS system.

If the car is equipped with a Start / Stop button, then when installing the immo crawler, you must definitely find the blocker antenna, it is mounted inside the steering column.

When choosing and connecting a crawler, you need to take into account the nuances:

  • the bypass module is controlled by an anti-theft installation;
  • the regular blocker of the power unit remains active and is used when the engine starts, it cannot be turned off;
  • the bypass system control module must be universal or support the maximum number of machine models for installation;
  • to start the engine, only regular keys are used.

RFID

To implement the task, you need a block inside which a label or key is set. It houses the pulse signal transmitter, which plays the main role in the bypass. The complete set of the device includes a transceiver mounted next to the ignition switch. The connection procedure is carried out according to the scheme, and the distance between the antenna adapter and the blocker module will be minimal. When the bypass system is activated, an impulse is sent through the security installation to the lock, which helps to recognize the tag and start the internal combustion engine.

Scheme of installation and connection of the RFID device Detailed wiring diagram for connecting contacts on this model

VATS

When using the VATS crawler, it is required to measure the characteristics of a resistor device, the procedure is as follows:

  1. A search is made for conductors that come from the contact elements in the circuit breaker metering unit.
  2. One of the cables is cut, the tester contacts are connected to this place. You will need a multimeter set to ohmmeter mode.
  3. The original key is installed in the lock, the ignition is activated.
  4. The resulting resistance parameter, which will be displayed on the display, must be written down with an accuracy of the second character after the dot.

In accordance with the obtained value, a separate resistor device is selected. When choosing, it is allowed to use parts whose nominal error is not more than 5%. The resistor must be connected to the electrical circuit of the anti-theft system through a relay. Contact element number 30 is connected to outputs 87 and 87A. This makes it possible to install a resistor component in a bypass circuit or in a switch.

Chipless Crawler

To make such a connection, a small control module is required. It will be built into the regular electrical network of the machine. Small dimensions are needed so that the device is problematic to detect.

The principle of operation during installation is as follows:

  1. The control module is mounted on the machine. For connection and installation, use the instructions that are included in the package. Depending on the model, the installation and wiring procedure may differ.
  2. The ignition is activated for ten seconds. During this time, the module must determine the vehicle model.
  3. The power unit of the machine starts for a few seconds, then the ignition is turned off. When performing this task, the bypass module must read the tag code set in the key and store it in memory.
  4. Then the negative contact of the crawler, which is used when training the device, is disconnected.

A chipless immo crawler from one machine can be installed on another, you will need to clear the memory - for this, the negative cable is connected twice with the ignition on.

Advanced lineman models for premium vehicles require dual mounting. During the initial installation, the device records information into memory, after which it is dismantled from the machine and programmed. Then the module is mounted back and used for its intended purpose.

The Autopulse channel talked about Fortin devices for bypassing regular ICE blockers.

How to make a crawler yourself?

For self-production of the module you will need:

  1. Copper cable. The diameter of its section should be up to 0.25 mm, but not less than 0.2 mm. The outer sheath of the conductor is made of transparent varnish.
  2. Relay operating from a 12 volt network. You will need a device with normally open contact elements.
  3. Spare key with label. You can use a chip programmed for a specific car model.

The cable is wound directly on the label, this is how the coil is made. The number of turns is selected taking into account the model of the immobilizer, it will be up to 50. From above, the winding should be insulated with electrical tape.

Further steps for assembling the crawler:

  1. The cable going to the standard immo antenna is cut.
  2. The positive contact is applied to element number 86 on the relay. And the negative connects to output 85.
  3. A safety diode device is inserted between elements 85 and 86. Its anode contact must be soldered to output 85. The installation of a diode element is required to protect the control module of the anti-theft system from reverse voltage.
  4. Then, one of the cables of the cut antenna circuit is connected to the contact component 87 A of the relay, soldering is performed. A wire from a self-made bypass module is connected to the same contact.
  5. A second crawler cable is installed on the open output 87. It is being soldered.
  6. The second wire from the electrical circuit of the antenna adapter is connected to pin 30.

Video "Developing a bypass module with your own hands"

The Disable Immobilizer channel spoke about the features of creating a block and showed the procedure for implementing this task.

You won’t surprise anyone with an alarm with automatic start - you no longer need to get up from the couch to start the car and warm it up in winter. But the development of technology does not always bring additional comfort - sometimes modernization becomes a source of problems. The engine cannot be started if the immobilizer is installed on the car.

What is an immobilizer crawler in a car?

You need a key to start the car. Turning the key turns on the power to various components of the car. The starter circuit closes, the engine starts - that's how it was before. Now cars are equipped with special protection - an immobilizer. This is a device that prevents the engine from starting without the original key with a chip. It works like this - when the ignition is activated, the car computer reads the code from the electronic key with a chip. The car starts only if the code on the key and in the car matches.

An immobilizer crawler is designed to deceive such a system. They imitate the key so that the system can match the start codes.

What is the immobilizer crawler for?

An immobilizer bypass is a series of actions that allow you to start a car with a key. Foreign cars are equipped with "regular immobilizer" systems. You can start the car engine only with a standard key, the code of which is "remembered" by the electronics. The purpose of the system is to prevent ill-wishers from starting the car using a master key or an elementary contact closure. But sometimes the lineman is needed by the car owner himself.

Bypassing the security device is necessary if the driver has lost the chip. In addition, the keys may simply break down or not be combined with autorun.

The immobilizer does not guarantee that the hijacker will not be able to realize his thoughts. An attacker can resort to a bypass system.

How does the immobilizer crawler work?

All crawlers have small chips. The chip emits a weak RF signal. It is read by an antenna located in the ignition switch. It defines the "native" key. Even if the key is easily inserted into the lock, it will still be useless - it will not work to start the car, the chip gives the wrong cipher.

The start inhibit will work when using remote automatic start - the key and transponder will also not be recognized. But a keyless crawler can replace the chip associated with the security system. When automatic start is triggered, the system will transmit a signal to the microcircuit through the antenna.

Therefore, such gadgets can be called bypass only conditionally. Rather, they have a completely different principle for gaining access to the motor.

In Russia, bypassing is much easier than in the West - we use simplified immobilizer systems. In Europe and America, the VATS standard is practiced, in which additional information is transmitted through an identifier. Due to this, the bypass procedure becomes much more complicated.

How to bypass the immobilizer without a key?

The keyless way is the most efficient. No need to store a block with an encrypted code in the car. The highest quality are:

  • Starline FL;
  • starline;
  • Fortin.

These ingenious electronic devices interact with the controller, which receives the control command in a certain format from the security device. Crawlers are connected to the line between the controller's control system and the security device. He replaces commands from the latter with his own impulses.

Connecting a keyless crawler is a difficult job that is done in 2 stages. The first time he connects to collect information. Then it is dismantled and programmed based on the information it has collected. After programming, the device is installed again and transmits information to the controller and the security device.

This is how Starline FL works. But Starline is already a more modern device, which is based on a fundamentally new solution. But still, the absolute leader is the Canadian device Fortin. It is suitable for cars of any brands and can bypass the security system without using a key in many ways.

How to connect an immobilizer crawler?

Open the housing of the microprocessor that controls the alarm system. Insert a spare key into it - there is a mount inside the case for this. Then we assemble the case, install the module. Place the device in the place where the microprocessor of the anti-theft system is installed. As a rule, it is located behind the control shield. Fasten the bypass module with self-tapping screws.

The module is installed - now you need to connect it. The scheme is quite simple. The connection is made with 3 multi-colored wires - black, red and gray. We connect the red wire to an electrical circuit with a voltage of 12 volts. A negative signal will pass through the black cable. When a negative potential is transmitted to the module, the encrypted password is recognized. This wire is connected to the output plug of the remote start motor unit. The gray wire is needed to connect the antenna module. We fix the antenna electrical adapter on the ignition lock housing and connect it to the plug at the end of the wire.

You can make an immobilizer crawler with your own hands. Make a coil and insert it into the lock. Then connect the device to the relay. Wind the wire around any cylindrical object, which should be slightly larger than the lock in diameter. Here you have to try, because you need to guess the number of turns - there may be 20, or maybe 50.

Next, cut a piece of 15 cm from the coil of insulating tape, wrap it on tape with the sticky part up. Wrap 10 turns of wire over the tape. Now cut the tape and wrap it up. Solder the cable to different ends of the wound wire and insulate it. After making the coil, put it on the ignition switch.

You can also disable the immobilizer by sending codes via the CAN bus - they disable it for a short time. Installation of crawlers working according to this principle involves connecting to the CAN bus wires. Of course, the chip is then not needed. The disadvantage of this solution is that the system may issue incorrect codes - they will be recorded in the engine ECU, which means that they will have to be erased later.
