Fuel consumption on the Daewoo Matiz. Reasons for increased gasoline consumption. Why the rear window heating does not work on the Daewoo Matiz Problems of the Daewoo Matiz 0.8

The original miniature Daewoo Matiz has been widely popular among motorists who prefer comfortable maneuverability in a metropolis for more than fifteen years. For all its compactness, the Matiz is a full-fledged four-seater car and, despite its modest appearance, it is quite spacious and ergonomic inside. This is one of the models in the cabin of which everything is at hand. This, of course, is not a car from Europe, but a pretty decent city car

Thanks to its reasonable price with good technical equipment, low fuel consumption, tractable steering, and most importantly, a high level of safety, this hatchback especially attracts beautiful ladies.

This hatchback especially attracts beautiful ladies

This model has plenty of advantages, but there is also a downside to the coin.

Suspension subtleties

The first point is the fragile suspension. It is quite good, but given the specifics of domestic roads, or rather the lack thereof, it is better to beware of large holes and huge potholes. If you adhere to this precaution, you can extend the life of shock absorbers and ball joints for a long time; at a minimum, they can last up to eighty thousand kilometers.

"Special" engine

Engine capacity is 0.8 liters. not very suitable for developing high speeds. At a speed of 60–70 km/h, the engine works with difficulty, despite the sharp start and rapid acceleration. Although with the release of liter models the situation has improved markedly. This volume is quite enough when driving in the city. The most common malfunctions in the Matiz engine occur due to malfunctions in the throttle position sensor. A lot of trouble is caused over time by oil seals that dry out and leak oil, which are the most vulnerable point.

Compromise or problem

A weak battery is another problem with Daewoo Matiz. Due to its compact size, which does not allow placing a full-fledged battery under the hood, the car provides the most compromise option inherited from its predecessors Alto and Tico. Despite the small capacity, it is usually enough for daily use and even in frosts down to -20 degrees and wet weather you can easily start the car. The driver will face recharging if he forgets to turn off the lights and leaves the car for several hours.

To improve this situation, there are options for installing a more powerful battery, but it is not so easy to find, like the rest of the spare parts provided for this model.

Sometimes starting a Matiz in winter is real torture!

Minor nuances

Finding the right size tires is another drawback of the Matiz. Due to their slow-moving size of 155/65 R13, the owner should not hope to be lucky enough to save money on buying wheels. Most often, car enthusiasts purchase the more affordable size 155/70 R13 or go to specialized car dealerships.

Small trunk capacity is the final item on the list of shortcomings. The trunk volume in Matiz is 155 liters. Naturally, it is not suitable for organizing large-scale cargo transportation, but it will be quite sufficient for trips to work, to the store, and even to nature.

Small trunk capacity is the final item on the list of shortcomings

It is worth noting that this is not entirely justified, since this hatchback model initially implies its absence.

First, about the advantages. My baby is the Best configuration with an engine capacity of 1.0 liters. I don’t know how the 0.8 engine behaves, but the liter one is just great!!! Accelerates easily, 140-150 km/h on the highway - without straining. An undoubted advantage is the low fuel consumption - about 5 l/100 km on the highway, about 7-8 in the city. Small size = easy to park, almost anywhere a full size car wouldn't fit.

Another plus is that the Matiz can self-diagnose, i.e. read engine error code. How to do this can be easily found on the Internet, so I won’t describe it. In addition, mine has not yet had any errors, and we have not tested the self-diagnosis feature.

Another plus is that it doesn’t get hot at all in traffic jams!

Now about the cons. The fact that when maneuvering it is necessary to take into account the short wheelbase is not a big drawback, it just takes a habit.

Even when reversing, you have to turn around, because... wide pillars (the distance between the windows of the rear doors and the rear window), although my husband says that the view is normal, it’s my brain that’s not working correctly, maybe he’s right))

Another minus is the not very convenient location of the gear shift lever (perhaps this is just for me). If the seat is moved closer, the right leg feels discomfort when pressing the brake or gas. If the seat is further away, the leg is fine, but the gear selector becomes too far away, and when engaging 3rd and 5th gears you have to lean forward with your whole body, because you can’t reach it with your hand.

I consider the small engine compartment space to be a disadvantage. How tightly everything is packed there... It’s very difficult to get to anything. Therefore, if you do maintenance yourself, for example, changing oil and coolant, you need to stock up on a lot of patience. It is generally problematic to remove the battery, because... First you need to remove the pipe and the signaling. Fortunately, there was no need to remove the battery, because... It didn’t run out of charge and started perfectly in cold weather.

Overall the car is excellent, I think the pros outweigh the cons.

I've had it for exactly 2 years. I will write about problems that arose at about 75 thousand km. mileage

Muffler. It burned out, or I don’t know what happened to it, but a characteristic rumbling sound appeared, which often sets off the alarms of nearby cars.

The service brewed it. It took quite a long time. It cost 450 rubles. They said that next time there would be nothing left to brew, they would have to buy a new muffler.

Sound signal. Stopped working. The first suspicion - the fuse had blown - was not justified. My husband repaired it himself. I had to remove the left wing. We barely made it to the wires. One of them simply rotted, so there was no signal.

Windshield. At first I noticed that during rain and washing, a trickle of water flows from above onto the steering wheel, but I didn’t attach much importance. Further more. Soon the rubber seal inserted between the glass and the body began to fly out. First up. I tried to push it back with my hands and improvised means. It helped for a few minutes. She spat and drove like that, trying not to pay attention to the dumbfounded looks of passers-by.

But that's not all. I soon discovered that the windshield was lagging behind the body quite a lot. Then I started to panic. The services refused to repair me, they said no one would undertake such a thing, because... glass can be broken.

Then my husband and I tore off the glass completely in a clearing near the house and glued it ourselves with Moment glue. It's been going on for six months now. Tested in rain, wash and 150 km/h. But the rubber seal was never glued.

I know, I know, that I should have used the repair kit, but somehow it turned out that way without it...

I read that Matiz cars often have problems with the rubber seal flying out and the glass coming off due to the fact that it is difficult to place it symmetrically at the factory

Turn signal. When the turn signal is on, the turn signal stops flashing. At first I clicked it several times to turn it on, gradually it stopped helping, and I began to remember how to correctly show turns with my hands...

The service solved the problem in 15 minutes and 300 rubles. The auto electrician unscrewed the part indicated by the arrow in the photo. I don’t know what he did, but everything works

Ball. Approximately 80 thousand km. Summer means summer tires. On rough roads, when turning, you can hear metallic knocks on the bottom.

While changing the oil at the service center, I asked the technician to take a look at what was there. He said the balls were loose.

The problem has been temporarily resolved now, in winter. We put winter tires on and the knocking noise disappeared. There are several explanations for this, but that’s not the point, it’s that repairs await in the summer...

Well, no one has canceled corrosion...

______________________________________________________________________________________

Addition

The car is 10 years old, mileage is about 90 thousand km.

Flew off mirror on the windshield. But not completely, the foundation remains. Glued by cold welding.

Ball Still, they didn’t live to see the repairs. One day in the gardens I drove through some potholes and on the way home I noticed that the car was terribly pulling to the side. I thought I had punctured the tire, went out and looked - no. So, with the steering wheel turned crookedly, I slowly drove home. And at the entrance, when I started to park in reverse, the car stopped. Two meters pushed her to the parking lot.

It turned out that the ball had fallen out. Replaced. After that I had to do a wheel alignment. And because This was a very sore spot on the car, so we had to carry out some other manipulations with the struts so that the camber was correct.

Brakes. One day they suddenly disappeared almost completely. It was a long journey. Just in case, I didn’t speed up and stayed away from everyone.

It was the pads. The pads on the left rear wheel turned out to be worn to zero, and on the right they were like new. On the one hand, they replaced it, and the situation with the brakes returned to normal.

I think there will be a continuation...

___________________________________________________________________________________________

To be continued. 01/02/02017.

In the fall of 2016, the power steering pump finally died while I was driving without power steering. Yes, the steering wheel turned hard, but there was no annoying noise. We took our time looking for the pump, and in the meantime...

In October 2016, at approximately 96 thousand km, the engine stalled and would not start. Diagnosis: the timing belt has broken. Subsequent repairs revealed that the engine head was jammed, causing the belt to break and 2 valves to bend.

Repair price... Timing belt - about 800 rubles, Valves (input and output) - 350+600, and other little things. If anyone is interested, write in the comments, I will provide all the prices and all the details.

But the main thing is that the head costs $200. We found a used engine with hydraulic fluid for 20 thousand + installation 7 thousand. Still in thought. We decided to put the car up for sale in this condition and try to repair it with little effort.

I hope there won't be a sequel

Daewoo Matiz is a car that is often considered for car owners to buy as their first car, especially when the budget is not large. A small and nimble little car is very convenient in city traffic, while the car looks like a toy from the outside, despite this, the interior is quite spacious. Add to this not bad reviews about reliability, low fuel consumption, and the recipe for a good city runabout is ready, but now let's talk about everything in order.

The first Daewoo Matiz rolled off the Korean assembly line in 1998; the car's design was invented by the Italians from the ItalDesign-Giugiaro studio. In 2002, the manufacturer modernized the model, as a result the rear lights and headlights were changed, which still remained round, and the direction indicators also became round. And the stamping on the hood well emphasizes all the roundness of the new restyled body. In addition to external changes, the Daewoo Matiz received a more powerful 1-liter four-cylinder engine (64 hp) compared to its predecessor. An automatic transmission has also become available, and in some countries a CVT. At the end of 2008, cars with automatic transmission were discontinued.

Advantages and disadvantages of Daewoo Matiz with mileage

Most Daewoo Matiz sold on the secondary market are equipped with a small-displacement 0.8-liter engine; as for power, there are many indicators of 49, 51, 52 hp. The peculiarity of this power unit, first of all, is that it does not chirp at all, since motors usually work, and the sound is more reminiscent of the operation of a motor scooter rather than a full-fledged car. The timing belt needs to be changed at least once every 50,000 km, but many owners recommend carrying out this procedure at shorter intervals, at 35 - 40 thousand mileage, since a belt rupture threatens with catastrophic consequences, bending of the valves and a full-fledged expensive repair of the power unit. At 100,000 miles, the idle speed control and throttle position sensor need to be cleaned.

The battery here is not standard, it is small in size and therefore has low power, so experienced users of this car recommend that in cold weather, before starting, turn off all consumers; if this is not done, there is a heavy load on the electrical circuit, and it may simply not withstand it. First of all, the load goes to the diode bridge, which is a weak point and often does not last long. The generator is also not very reliable and often fails, and due to the peculiarity of its location, repairs are quite labor-intensive.

The Daewoo Matiz engine is not omnivorous, so it is advisable to refuel only at good gas stations, otherwise you will very often change the spark plugs and clean the injectors. Over time, oil seals lose their elasticity and begin to leak, this also applies to the cylinder head gasket. Engine oil should be changed every 10,000 km, and filters as required, and if you follow all the recommendations, the engine will work out its service life of 250-300 thousand kilometers without any problems. When purchasing this used car, be sure to check the compression in all cylinders, also the live power unit drives smoothly and without jerking, and there should be no blue smoke coming from the exhaust pipe.

Transmission

There were two types of gearboxes for Daewoo Matiz - automatic and manual. An automatic transmission was installed only on cars with a 0.8-liter engine, and a CVT was installed on cars that were assembled in Korea, but such examples are very rare on the secondary market. Taking a car with a CVT is quite risky, since repairs are quite expensive, and the service life does not exceed 150,000 km.

The five-speed manual transmission is quite reliable, but some owners complain about its performance. For example: to unclear gear shifting, or to the fact that at high speeds a hum is heard from it. The oil in the box is changed every 50,000 km, and if you want gears to shift easily, choose higher quality oil and change at shorter intervals. The clutch of a manual transmission lasts 50 - 70 thousand km. During operation, an automatic transmission very rarely presents surprises, and if properly maintained it will last up to 250,000 km.

Suspension resource

The peculiarity of the Daewoo Matiz suspension is that if the car is operated calmly and carefully, then there will be no problems with the chassis for a very long time. But if the previous owner did not spare it and constantly jumped over bumps, the suspension will begin to fall apart, fortunately its repair is not at all expensive. The original brake pads here are not of very good quality; there are cases when they do not last even 10,000 km, so it is recommended to replace them with non-original ones. The service life of shock absorbers, ball joints, and hub bearings directly depends on the operating mode; under average quiet conditions, they should last 50–60 thousand km.

In the rear suspension the situation is approximately the same, the main part that fails here is the shock absorbers; with careful operation they will last up to 80,000 km. But the exhaust system is very much criticized for the fact that it does not tolerate our climate well, and after 2–3 years of operation it needs to be changed.

Body

One of the main problems of this car is the quality of the metal body parts and paintwork. Corrosion quickly affects the sills, wheel arches, hood, trunk lid and doors; this problem is typical not only for Matiz, but also for all cars produced by the Daewoo company. Therefore, when choosing a car, you need to be extremely careful, since resellers and dishonest owners often seal rotten metal with foam, paint it and cover it with vinyl film.

Result:

Daewoo Matiz - captivates with its compact size, toy appearance and low maintenance cost. But you should be very careful when choosing such a used car, since it has a fairly weak metal, and the operating life of the main units does not exceed 250 - 300 thousand km, and this is with careful operation.

Advantages:

  • Compact dimensions
  • Low fuel consumption.
  • Reliable engines and transmission.
  • Not expensive service.

Flaws:

  • The metal of the body and exhaust system rusts quickly.
  • Noise insulation.
  • Short suspension travel.
  • Weak battery.

If you are or were the owner of this car brand, please share your experience, indicating the strengths and weaknesses of the car. Perhaps your review will help others correctly.

Daewoo Matiz is considered a women's car, and it is mainly purchased for trips around the city. It is profitable to buy a used Matiz when small budget, and a means of transportation is extremely necessary. The miniature, nimble car easily maneuvers in city traffic and easily parks on the side of the road.

The appearance of a Korean car is deceiving– despite the apparent compactness, the car interior is quite spacious. Car owners find many advantages in Matiz, and its important advantage is the reliability of the brand. Overall the car is not bad, but we should also mention its shortcomings.

History of the model

The first cars under the Daewoo Matiz brand appeared in 1998; the model’s predecessor is the Daewoo Tico, which was produced by a South Korean company from 1988 to 2004. The exterior and interior of the Matiz were developed by ItalDesign Giugiaro studio; since 2001, the hatchback began to be produced at the Uz-Daewoo plant.

The car was restyled in 2002, the changes affected:

Front optics;

Rear lights;

In 2003, a four-cylinder engine with a volume of 1 liter and a power of 64 hp began to be installed on the car. pp., an automatic transmission appeared, and for some countries, Matizs were also equipped with CVTs. In 2004, Daewoo became part of General Motors, and the car was also produced under the Chevrolet brand.

At this time, the Daewoo Matiz model had a twin brother, the Chevrolet Spark, which had almost the same units and chassis, and was only slightly different from the Matiz in appearance. The car was practically considered a double, therefore it has the same disadvantages as the Matiz. In 2008, the production of compact hatchbacks with automatic transmission was discontinued.

Power plants and related problems

The main power unit installed on the Daewoo Matiz is a 0.8-liter, three-cylinder engine with a capacity of 51 or 52 hp. With. The motor operates with a characteristic chirping sound, but defect or “sore” This sound does not affect the driving performance of the car in any way.

It is recommended to change the timing belt on the engine after 50 thousand kilometers, but this regulation must be followed provided that the belt itself is original. Non-original parts of the gas distribution mechanism are not always of high quality, and this must be taken into account when repairing a car. Broken timing belt this cannot be allowed on the Matiz; in the event of such a breakdown, the valves bend when they hit the pistons, and it becomes expensive to repair the engine.

On average, a 0.8 liter engine has a good service life, and during normal operation it can last 200-250 thousand km. To extend the service life of the power unit, it is important to change the engine oil on time (every 10 thousand km) and prevent the internal combustion engine from overheating.

Weaknesses in electrical equipment

The weakest point in the Matiz electrics is a generator, its characteristic malfunction is breakdown of the diode bridge. But the advantage here is that the entire unit is inexpensive, and repairs do not hit the pocket hard.

Spark plugs and fuel injectors do not tolerate Russian gasoline well, therefore Matiz should be fueled only with high-quality fuel. The battery installed in the car is small; when starting the engine in cold weather, all consumers should be turned off so as not to drain the battery prematurely. The electrical wiring on the Matiz is not complicated, and problems with it rarely arise; the most typical defect here is blown fuses.

Gearbox and accessories

The main transmission installed on the first generation Daewoo Matiz is a manual gearbox; automatic transmissions were only paired with a liter 4-cylinder engine. Special mechanical complaints Car owners don’t, except that the gears don’t always engage clearly.

The transmission oil should be changed approximately every 60 thousand kilometers; the same regulations should be followed for an automatic transmission. Clutch disc and basket on Matiz miniature, however, with normal handling of the car, the clutch may require replacement no earlier than after 50-60 thousand km.

Interior, body and paintwork

There are plenty of crickets in the interior of the Daewoo Matiz, but you shouldn’t expect quality at the level of a Mercedes from a budget Korean car. The car body is susceptible to corrosion, Almost everything rusts body elements - fenders, door bottoms, wheel arches, sills, underbody, hood. To prevent the Matiz from rusting so quickly, it is necessary to carry out anti-corrosion treatment immediately after purchasing the car.

Chassis and suspension

The front suspension of the Matiz is MacPherson type, a torsion beam is installed on the rear axle. All parts of the chassis are as miniature as the car itself, so when driving on uneven roads levers bend, shock absorbers, struts and stabilizer bushings quickly fail. The undoubted advantage of the suspension is that its parts are very inexpensive, including original spare parts.

Exhaust system elements do not live on Matiz for long, the muffler and resonator quickly rust, and there is no point in welding the cans - the iron is weak and not of very high quality.

In general, the Daewoo Matiz car is quite reliable; unexpected breakdowns rarely happen to it. If the car is used carefully, it will last a long time, but car owners need to remember that the car begins to break down quickly on a bad road, especially if you drive along it at a decent speed.

pros

➕ Reliability
➕ Maneuverability
➕ Cost-effective

The advantages and disadvantages of the Daewoo Matiz 2016-2017 were identified based on reviews from real owners. More detailed pros and cons of Daewoo Matiz 0.8 and 1.0 with mechanics can be found in the stories below:

Owner reviews

The overall impressions of the car are very positive, I got what I wanted. The car is small, maneuverable, gasoline consumption is 6-6.5 liters in the city. I don’t know exactly about the highway yet (I drove again to Biysk and back - it turned out to be about 5.8 with air conditioning).

Then all that’s left to do is ride and enjoy. Although the first month I really had a culture shock - “how is it that the car doesn’t need to be repaired??? It’s already been a month!!!” After the Oka, which didn’t live without repairs for more than two weeks, I was simply blown away.

In terms of spaciousness, it is a very decent car, which is larger inside than outside. Now there are two large bags in the trunk, and several more bags are stuffed in the corners. The back seat can accommodate 2-3 medium-sized passengers quite comfortably. One place in front is enough for me. If there is a front passenger, you hit your elbow when changing gears.

By cross-country ability. Compared to the Oka, the bumpers are low, which constantly lets me down, but the manufacturer does not position this car as an SUV.

In terms of convenience, the not very comfortable seats were a revelation to me. That is, they are comfortable... but for some reason the back falls off on long trips.

Video review

Regarding technical malfunctions during operation:

1. 15,000 km - replacement of front strut assemblies, front wheel hub bearings, and lever assemblies. Consumables worth about 15 thousand rubles. During the repair, the most interesting thing became clear: a familiar service station foreman was a qualified specialist who worked at this plant in Uzbekistan. He was very surprised by the racks that needed to be repaired - they were completely different, which distinguished the assembly machines exported to Russia! The suspension of the original Matiz is considered indestructible! Plus the body is not galvanized - for the domestic market of Uzbekistan, the car body is galvanized!

2. I changed the speedometer - the daily mileage speedometer did not work! Ordered through the store for 1,200 rubles!

3. 30,000 km - low beam bulbs (120 rubles).

4. At 24,000 km a problem arose - the rear brake pads froze during the winter! Although I don’t use the parking brake! Sometimes I had to pour boiling water!

That's all! As you can see, there are no particular problems in operation!

Review of Daewoo Matiz 0.8 manual transmission 2010

Winter. Matiz lives in an open parking lot. In winter it was covered with frost every night. We jump into the car, start it, take the scrapers and go outside to scrub. After 10-15 minutes, the windows and mirrors are clean. Somewhere after this same time, the thermometer needle will rise to the first third of the scale. You can get into the car and turn on the heater. Warm air comes out immediately. The entire structure of the car warms up in about half an hour of movement.

Matiz starts perfectly if the engine is cold. If it’s hot, it may not start the first time (cranking for 3 seconds), but it did start the second time. But frost -30 and below is, of course, extreme for Matiz. Everything freezes - tires, suspension, steering. It's cold in the car. The stove is blowing, trying, but there is icy iron and plastic all around.

Spring has come, the roads are muddy. This Matiz equipment is not equipped with rear wipers. The rear window does not get dirty quickly, but it still gets dirty. That's why the driver works as a janitor.

Hot summer has arrived. Here I already had to regret the absence - oh well, not air conditioning, at least electric windows. From the driver's seat, without unfastening the seat belt, you can lower/raise all the windows, but this is only when standing at a traffic light. While driving, you can safely lower only the driver's window.

Matiz in the city. Well, what can I say - convenient and comfortable. You can comfortably fit in the right lane between the missing storm drain grate on the right and a hefty concrete truck on the left. The fact that you can ride between the rows is a fairy tale; I don’t always squeeze between the cars on a bicycle.

Matiz outside the city. Somehow it turns out that the car does most of its mileage outside the city. On a good road like the “autobahn” it goes well and handles well up to maximum speed - for my Matiz it’s 130 on the speedometer. It doesn't fly anywhere. When driving with the windows open, gusts of wind are felt. You can feel the rutting of the asphalt.

Capacity of Matiz. The owner is engaged in tourism, so the typical vehicle loading option is four adult tourists and four small “one-day” backpacks. Passengers are comfortable, they can eat and drink on the go, cheaper than on a bus, and faster than on a train. If you go for several days, with serious backpacks, then without a roof rack, only two people.

Ilya, review of Daewoo Matiz 0.8 (51 hp) MT 2011

We bought Matiz in October 2011. Salespeople in showrooms colorfully describe the advantages of Matiz to us, but I want to tell you about the disadvantages, which no one in the showroom will tell you:

1. Gasoline consumption in ideal conditions is 7 liters, and if there are traffic jams and air conditioning, then only 9 liters.

2. For no apparent reason, the power windows suddenly stopped working. The mechanics in the cabin did not find the reason, but the window regulators started working on their own.

3. In all cars, the condensation from the air conditioner flows onto the asphalt, but in the Matiz it’s right under the feet of the front passenger.

4. About brakes - in my opinion, they are not installed on Matiz, so if the speed is 60 km/h, then emergency braking is useless.

5. The suspension and shock absorbers were killed on the factory assembly line, so on the road it seems that the Matiz is falling apart from any pebble or crack on the asphalt.

6. Apparently, the body at the factory is assembled from rusty elements, since rust breaks through the paint after a year of operation. They don't even try to paint over the rust under the battery and headlights at the factory. In a word, this car is worthy only of obscene compliments. In general, a rotten toilet...

Natalya Alekseevna, review of Matiz 1.0 (63 hp) manual 2011

Upon a quick inspection of the interior, it seems that you won’t fit in there at all, but my fears were not justified - there is enough space inside for my average height, and 2 people can fit in the back. There is no question of trunk capacity here at all, I brought a bag from the store and it’s good, nothing more is required.

As for the plastic, it’s absolutely made of oak, the lining is cheap, the seals on two doors were jammed. It’s clear that I didn’t expect much quality from Matiz – it’s an economy class car.

In humid weather, the windows become very foggy, so driving without air conditioning is problematic. And by the way, it eats up the power of an already weak engine. Therefore, in dry weather I don’t run the air conditioner too much. This is spring-summer. And in winter, when there is severe frost, the rear windows freeze up.

The front windows do not fog up or freeze if you use a fan. But the stove does not cope with its task even at -20, so the icy plastic and iron warm up after about an hour. In general, driving a Matiz in the cold is quite an adventure. After all, literally everything freezes in the car: from the tires to the suspension.

So, the motor (it’s difficult to call this “miracle” a motor) is, in principle, enough for urban use. You can’t lag behind in the flow, the gears “click” easily and naturally. In general, I’ll note that even though the dynamics are lame in everything possible, driving this car is very fun and exciting. You sit, turn the “dryer” (the steering wheel doesn’t reach the “steering wheel”), poke the “stick” and your “mad stool” is not at all such a vegetable as it might seem!

The fun begins on the highway, because after 90 km/h the traction disappears, and overtaking is difficult even at 4th speed. Because of this, you have to calculate every step so that it does not turn out to be the last. There is a 5th speed, but it is cruising. And in general, when the speed is over 110 km/h, driving is no longer comfortable.

Because the noise level begins to literally go off scale, and the car itself does not behave quite adequately. Simply put, it's scary to drive. On the highway the consumption is approximately 5-6 liters. In the city - 7-9 liters per “hundred”. I think these are quite decent indicators.

Vasily drives a Daewoo Matiz 0.8 (51 hp) with manual transmission from 2014.
