How to clean the salon yourself using folk remedies. Exclusive Expert Tips for Cleaning Car Seats How to Clean Your Car Interior

If you want to use your vehicle for a long time, you will have to take care not only of its technical serviceability, but also of the appearance of the body and the cleanliness of the interior. You can resort to the help of professionals and contact a service center, but these services are quite expensive. To save money, you can clean the car interior yourself using special tools.

1 Preparing the machine and choosing a cleaning agent

During the operation of the car, its seats, upholstery, ceiling and other interior parts gradually become dirty. The accumulated dirt and dust, thanks to the fan, are carried by air currents throughout the cabin, enter the human body through the respiratory tract and can cause allergies and other illnesses. In addition, getting into hard-to-reach places, dirt and dust can cause damage to electrical wiring and devices.

Dry cleaning the car interior will help get rid of stains, dirt and dust, and it's not so difficult to do it yourself. To carry out the procedure, you need to prepare - turn off the engine and, for safety reasons, turn off all power supply, so that during cleaning you will not be electrocuted and electrical equipment burned out. If you want to work with music, then it is better to use a mobile device or arrange music in another way.

To clean the interior, you need to prepare the following equipment and cleaning products:

  • vacuum cleaner (preferably steam);
  • compressor;
  • brushes of various hardness;
  • container with heated water;
  • clean rags (microfiber napkins are better);
  • washing sponges or foam rubber.

Stock up on dry cleaning supplies. You will need a lot of sponges and rags.

According to GOST, chemicals that come into contact with open skin of hands must have a PH level in the range from 4 to 11.5, therefore, cleaning should be carried out with rubber gloves. A respirator can be worn to protect against dust.

At the next stage, you need to unload the interior and luggage compartment, remove all unnecessary items, rugs, so that it is more convenient to work. Before dry cleaning, you should carry out dry cleaning with a vacuum cleaner, collecting all the debris, vacuuming hard-to-reach places. Small debris and dust are well blown out by the compressor even from small crevices. For a more thorough cleaning, you can remove the seats and vacuum the floor underneath. When the main dust and dirt has been removed with a vacuum cleaner, you need to use a damp cloth and then wipe all panels with a dry cloth.

Now you can start the actual dry cleaning. The following chemicals are suitable for this:

  • foam for cleaning fabric;
  • means for cleaning leather products;
  • products and polish for plastic elements;
  • glass cleaner.

You can use household cleaners or folk remedies. Before using a chemical, it is recommended to test it on a small area of the upholstery in an inconspicuous place. This will make it possible to test how the agent acts on fabric and paint. If it has effectively removed the stain and left no streaks, then you can proceed with the full treatment.

2 The first stage - dry cleaning of the ceiling

It is best to start cleaning from the ceiling, as foam or cleaning fluid can get onto the seats. For this, it is better to use foam products, for example, products from the Profoam series. When choosing a product, you should pay attention to what type of surface material it is intended for.

To completely clean the ceiling, you need to conditionally divide it into 4-5 zones. Then, after shaking the can well, it is necessary to apply the foam to one of the areas without leaving any gaps. We wait a few minutes for the product to absorb dirt and dust. Then we remove the dirty foam with clean dry napkins or rags. For cleaning, it is better to use white napkins to exclude possible fading of the fabric. Rags and napkins must be dry, if they become damp, they must be replaced.

We remove the foam with forward movements, making them in one direction, for example, from the windshield to the rear, leading the rag, without tearing, from beginning to end. Do not make irregular movements, otherwise the pile may lie down and leave streaks. If, after removing the foam, you find that there are stains, these areas should be treated again until the stain is removed. You can apply stain removers.

If foam gets on the glass, it must be immediately removed with a damp cloth, since the chemicals included in the composition can damage the glass surface. It is advisable to wash the glasses with soapy water before cleaning, which will protect them from chemicals. Better yet, cover the glass with paper or newspapers.

3 What is the best way to clean chairs, rugs and floor?

Similar to the ceiling, the rest of the fabric elements are cleaned. It is recommended to use stronger dry cleaning products at this stage, as rugs, seats and flooring are more contaminated than the ceiling. After applying the cleaning agent, the most dirty areas should be brushed off and then the foam should be wiped off the surface.

The chairs and the floor can be cleaned with the Profoam series. The Walzer cleaner will help to deal with problem areas, it effectively removes stubborn stains on seats covered with fabric. If the upholstery is not heavily soiled, you can steam dry clean with a steam vacuum cleaner. It should be borne in mind that such cleaning will not remove greasy stains.

For leather and vinyl coverings, special compounds or ordinary soap solution are used. And after treatment, you need to apply a special protective skin conditioner. This will protect the leather surface from cracking.

You can also use High Gear or Step Up cleaners for leatherette and leather seats. To process the entire cabin, it is enough to purchase two cylinders. These funds penetrate deeply into the material and literally push out all the dirt from it. Before use, shake the can and spray the product onto the surface. After a few minutes, remove the foam with a dry napkin or rag. Contaminated areas after applying the cleaner should be brushed with a soft brush. You need to act carefully so as not to damage the skin. After cleansing with the aforementioned products, you do not need to use conditioner.

4 Glasses, doors and panel - clean to a shine

We start cleaning the doors with foam processing of fabric inserts. Apply the foam and remove it after a few minutes with a dry napkin. We treat the plastic elements with Profoam 2000. In the area of the window regulator buttons, apply the agent with a sponge so that it does not get onto the wiring through the cracks.

We clean the glass with a special solution - Fine Glass. But you can also use another means for washing glass. If the glass is tinted, then you can not use detergents with ammonia. Solutions containing ammonia will discolor the film and cause cracks on its surface. It is better to apply Fine Glass solution not to glass, but to a microfiber cloth and wipe the glass to avoid ugly stains.

To clean the torpedo, plastic care products are used, which have an antistatic effect and give the plastic a shine. They will clean the surface and make it dust-repellent. An alternative option is special wipes for cleaning computer and TV screens. We clean the control buttons with cotton swabs or a soft toothbrush. When cleaning the buttons on the instrument panel, care must be taken that the inscriptions are not erased under the influence of chemicals.

Plastic parts are well cleaned with a steam vacuum cleaner. In this case, cleaning is carried out without the use of chemicals. The steam vacuum cleaner effectively removes dirt and does not leave streaks. After cleansing the plastic from dirt, we apply polish, which will give the interior shine and beauty. The technology for using polish is simple: apply the product, grind and wipe with a dry napkin. The polish will not be able to give the plastic its original appearance, but it will refresh the appearance and mask minor scratches. After polishing is applied, the black panel becomes darker and shinier.

We treat the floor with means intended for cleaning fabric covering. Since the dirt on the floor is significant, we clean it several times, changing napkins as needed. If the seats are not removed, the floor underneath should also be cleaned with foam. We clean the luggage compartment in the same way as the floor in the cabin.

After dry cleaning, be sure to dry the interior. This procedure can take 7 to 14 hours. The drying time depends on the weather conditions, the agents used and the degree of contamination of the interior. For better drying, you need to open all doors, windows, trunk, so that the air flows ventilate the interior space.

You can speed up the drying process by installing a heater or using a hair dryer. After drying, the specific smell of the chemicals used may not completely disappear. To eliminate unpleasant odors, you can use air fresheners with different scents. The smell from the products usually disappears after a few days.

5 Self-service dry cleaning: pros and cons

There are different opinions about self-cleaning, there are both adherents and opponents. Ultimately, everything depends on financial and physical capabilities. Among the advantages of do-it-yourself dry cleaning are the following:

  1. Saving money on visiting a specialized salon.
  2. Possibility of self-selection of chemicals.
  3. Car cleaning can be carried out at any convenient place and at any time.
  4. Every driver knows about dirty places in the passenger compartment.

But self-cleaning also has its drawbacks:

  1. Time consuming.
  2. Lack of professionalism compared to specialized salons.
  3. Lack of experience. True, he will appear after several dry cleanings carried out on his own.
  4. The risk of making a mistake with the choice of funds.
  5. Lack of a specially equipped place for work.

Having weighed all the pros and cons, each driver decides for himself whether to clean the car himself or go to the salon. Naturally, professional cleaning is better and more efficient. If finances allow, then it is better to resort to the help of specialists.

An article on how to wash the ceiling of a car - recommendations for high-quality washing, tools, stages of work. At the end of the article - a video on how to clean a light ceiling of a car.

The content of the article:

The inner lining of the ceiling of the vehicle becomes contaminated during operation due to the ingress of grains of sand, insects, and dirt into the passenger compartment. It loses its original appearance, darkens, spots and traces of midges appear on it.

Dry cleaning the ceiling of a car is not cheap. Many motorists, wanting to save money, undertake self-cleaning of the upholstery. But often they are faced with such problems as the appearance of stains on the surface after washing and the need to change the shade due to the wrong selection of detergents. How to avoid mistakes when washing the car ceiling?

What not to do when cleaning the ceiling of your car

  1. Use abrasive, aggressive products, ammonia for cleaning. They can damage the sheathing or negatively affect the adhesive.
  2. Saturate upholstery with plenty of water. This can cause the fabric to peel off.
  3. Use brushes with stiff bristles. Using them can cause abrasions on the surface.
  4. Rub vigorously on stubborn dirt. Doing so can damage the coating.

What needs to be prepared for cleaning the car ceiling

To wash the headliner of the machine you will need:

  • microfiber napkins;
  • cleaners for upholstery (laundry soap, powder, specialized detergents);
  • a soft bristled brush for cleaning particularly dirty areas;
  • a handheld salon vacuum cleaner or an ordinary one with a nozzle.

Upholstery texture

To create ceilings, manufacturers use vinyl, velor, carpets, as well as natural and artificial leather. It is necessary to choose a detergent based on the type of upholstery. It should be suitable for cleaning a particular material.

The nature of the pollution

When buying ceiling cleaners, consider the type of contamination. So, if stains are formed from contact with dirty hands, dust from the street into the salon or smoking in it, then many specialized products, such as Vanish, will cope with them. If oil traces appear on the ceiling, then they are advised to remove them with laundry soap or washing powder.

Cleaning devices (rags, brushes, sponges)

Cleaning tools should be selected carefully so as not to damage the headliner. Using a stiff bristled brush can cause abrasions on the surface, while lint-free rags can cause adhesion of fibers, which will become noticeable after the sheathing has dried.

Experts recommend testing the purchased detergent before carrying out the surface cleaning procedure. To do this, apply a small amount of powder, foam, etc. on a cladding area that is not too visible. This will help prevent unpleasant surprises. The preparations should be diluted in accordance with the instructions for use!

Dry cleaning

The ceiling must be prepared for washing, dust and traces of soot must be removed from it. To do this, use a dry microfiber cloth. If the ceiling is covered with a pile covering, then it should be cleaned in the direction of the villi.

The surface can also be vacuumed. A car or conventional vacuum cleaner should be used. When choosing the last option, remember that you cannot turn on the device at full power - this can lead to a violation of the adhesive connection of the surface to the substrate.

Wet cleaning

After dry cleaning, specialized cleaners are applied to the surface. Professional products are available with sprayers, which greatly simplifies the application process. To clean oil stains, microfiber wipes and soap solutions from powder or laundry soap are used. The surface is evenly wetted.

To effectively remove marks, wait a few minutes after applying the cleaners to the surface (this will allow the stain remover to react with the dirt). Stubborn dirt should never be rubbed vigorously to avoid disturbing the surface texture. They should be gently brushed with a sponge or soft bristled brush.

If a foaming agent is selected for cleaning the ceiling, wash the surface in small areas. Foam dries quickly, so experts do not recommend applying it to the entire ceiling at once - they advise cleaning zone by zone. Is the foam applied to? part of the ceiling, and then carefully removed with a microfiber cloth.

Flushing solution

Cleaners are washed off by means of a washing vacuum cleaner or fiber-free napkins(waffle towels or microfiber rags). If removing stain removers is carried out with a rag, then you must prepare a container with water. In the container, the napkin is moistened, slightly wrung out, and then the surface is delicately cleaned with it.

Drying

After rinsing off the cleaners, dry the surface. For this, a professional or conventional hairdryer is used. It is better to carry out the process in a dry, heated garage or on sunny and warm days - this will help to quickly and efficiently dry the upholstery.

Excessive moisture not only slows down the drying of the surface, but can also lead to the appearance of fungal formations, musty and mildew odors.

After cleaning the surface of the ceiling, pellets often form on the ceiling. They are removed by means of a razor.

The steam generator effectively removes dirt from various surfaces. It can also be used to clean the ceiling of a car interior. Before starting the process, you must put a microfiber cloth on the steam generator nozzle. The high pressure steam loses the dirt and the cloth absorbs it. Using a steam cleaner will not only remove stains from the skin, but also disinfect it from bacteria and microorganisms.

Removing particularly difficult stains

To clean a particularly polluted area, stain removers are used (the agent is selected depending on the type of pollution).

Do not spray directly onto the dirty area! It is applied to a microfiber cloth. Afterwards, gently rub the stain in a circular motion. To avoid re-ingress of dirt on the surface, turn the cloth over to the clean side.

To remove greasy stains, you can use isopropyl alcohol (apply the product to the area for 1 minute and wipe with a microfiber cloth) or white vinegar diluted with water in a 1/3 ratio.

If not a complete cleaning of the surface was carried out, but only the procedure for removing a separate stain, then, as a rule, the cleaned area is highlighted on the surface of the ceiling. In this case, wet a microfiber cloth and wash out the freshly cleaned area and the rest of the surface. The area cleared of the stain will become less noticeable.

It is pleasant to be in a clean car interior for both the car owner and his passengers. But what if the professional tools used for self-cleaning the ceiling did not help in solving the problem? Then you should seek help from professionals. They, having experience, skills and all the necessary devices, will effectively wash the surface from contaminants that cannot be cleaned on their own. Contacting a specialist will minimize the risk of damage to the roof lining of the car.

Fans of the "working" mess should not despair - the cleanliness inside the car does not affect fuel economy or the level of cross-country ability in any way. But almost everyone will agree with the fact that getting into a clean, odor-free limousine is much more comfortable. In addition, timely cleaning will increase the service life of decorative trim and car covers.

Perfect cleaning involves a complete disassembly of interior elements, this is the only way to get to the most remote places. However, implementing such a process in your garage is a very time-consuming event, and the services of cleaning companies are quite high. Therefore, most motorists decide to do everything on their own, but without a complete disassembly. Fortunately, the range of chemicals is very widespread, and the operation is no more complicated than on a hatchback.

Before cleaning the upholstery of the car, it is necessary to dwell on the technological features in more detail:

  • Car interior elements have such different characteristics that they need an individual approach when choosing cleaning agents.
  • Deviations from the technological scheme can lead to a change in color, and materials such as Alcantara, gobos and jacard lose their noble pile.
  • The ceiling cladding section is fixed mainly on an adhesive base, therefore it is highly undesirable to leave it wet - the part will come off and sag.
  • Cleaning in summer is best done on a sunny day, and in winter you need a dry heated garage.
  • Standard steam requires caution, the consequences for leather or suede are sometimes unpredictable.
  • The process must necessarily end with thorough drying, since even minimal moisture residues will become a beneficial environment for the development of corrosion and mold.

Important! Pay special attention to your own safety during work. A respirator, rubber gloves and goggles are required.

Preparatory stage

General cleaning of a car begins with a vacuum cleaner, which is convenient for collecting any small debris and dust, especially if you use special attachments. First, you need to remove the covers and remove the rugs, as well as clean all the boxes and containers from debris. It is even better when there is time and opportunity to dismantle the chairs.

Consumables and equipment for cleaning

To carry out a cleaning operation, a kit is required, consisting of:

  • aerosol and foam;
  • conditioner and polishes;
  • antistatic and odor-removing spray;
  • vacuum cleaner and special attachments for it;
  • towels or microfiber cloth;
  • polishing napkins and brushes.

Technology: how to clean dirty car upholstery yourself?

To avoid a short circuit, the vehicle must be switched off and the ignition switched off. It is advisable to seal the audio system and climate control unit with a waterproof film. The work site must be divided into zones, each of which is cleaned separately in the following sequence:

  • 1. Cleaning the ceiling conventionally divided into sections located above the seats. Before cleaning the headliner of the car interior, the aerosol must be kept on the plane for some time, after which it is removed with a napkin or vacuum cleaner. It is important to avoid the formation of divorces. It is permissible to use carpet cleaning foam, which is diluted in water and applied to the ceiling.
  • 2. Cleaning the doors ... First of all, the control buttons and handles are cleaned, for which they use small brushes. The fabric upholstery is processed in the same way as the ceiling. Plastic elements are cleaned with special agents, after which they are wiped with antistatic solutions. If planned, an antistatic agent is applied after the part has dried.
  • 3. Cleaning the chairs ... As practice shows, the greatest amount of debris accumulates on the sides of the seats. The operation is similar to the technology specified in paragraph 1. Chairs made of leather or imitation leather are treated with a simple soap solution. After drying, the surface is rubbed with a skin care product. Difficult stains cannot be soaked for a long time, otherwise the chairs will have to dry for a long time. For such cases, there are options:
    • stains from juice or coffee are safely removed after applying ammonia;
    • alcohol stains disappear when interacting with a solution of one teaspoon of vinegar diluted in 200 grams of water;
    • traces of lipstick are removed with undiluted alcohol.
  • 4. Cleaning the floor starts from the front row. After applying the aerosol, it is removed after a few minutes with a vacuum cleaner. If necessary, the operation is repeated until the desired result is obtained.
  • 5. Cleaning the luggage compartment performed using the same technology as the ceiling (paragraph 1).

It is worth noting that dry cleaning of any car interior with your own hands does not end with the listed items. Almost everyone forgets about seat belts, and they also need to be cleaned. To do this, use an aerosol or soapy foam.

How to clean leather car trim?

When choosing auto chemicals for working with leather, the fact of the presence of a protective coating on it is important. This is determined by a drop of water - if it is not absorbed into the leather trim, then there is protection, but in the case when the water quickly left, it can be argued that there is none. In the first case, a cleaning solution is sufficient, and in the second, a conditioner or a universal composition is needed.

(function (w, d, n, s, t) (w [n] = w [n] ||; w [n] .push (function () (Ya.Context.AdvManager.render ((blockId: "RA -227463-2 ", renderTo:" yandex_rtb_R-A-227463-2 ", async: true));)); t = d.getElementsByTagName (" script "); s = d.createElement (" script "); s .type = "text / javascript"; s.src = "//an.yandex.ru/system/context.js"; s.async = true; t.parentNode.insertBefore (s, t);)) (this , this.document, "yandexContextAsyncCallbacks");

Practical experience in performing such procedures indicates decent results of the Leder Pflege cleansing lotion under the brand Liqui moly, as well as the universal leather cleaner Leather Cleaner & Conditioner from the company Meguiar's... The listed products are very relevant for the leather interior, which is not the first freshness, after processing it becomes softer and more elastic. From inexpensive products, you can use the domestic cleaner Horse.

Apply the conditioner with a microfiber applicator. After the final absorption of the solution, the rest of the material is removed with a napkin. The results will appear on the third day. To maintain the appearance of leather elements, 3-4 treatments with conditioner are enough per year.

Briefly about autochemistry

No one has canceled the main rule - before buying, study the annotation for the detergent. The information will help you find out if the chemicals are suitable for cleaning the material of your car. Modern auto chemistry has active foaming properties, does not require a lot of water and can be easily removed with napkins.

Most motorists, before cleaning the upholstery of their car, are interested in the most famous and available samples for dry cleaning of the interior:

  • Liqui Moly.
  • Sonax.
  • Hi-Gear.
  • Gunkdetap.
  • ASTROhim.
  • Autosol.

Experienced car enthusiasts prefer to use professional products. These drugs include products from Meguiar's company, a drug under the brand name All Purpose Cleaner versatile and suitable for working with almost any coating, except glass.

Summary

Dry cleaning of the salon is completed by drying it, the duration of this stage depends on the type of agent used. After aerosol treatment, three hours are enough, and foam and wet cleaning require drying for 5-6 hours. It is sometimes advisable to use a heater. The video of the workflow will help you understand the cleaning procedure.

The vast majority of professional cleaners prefer aerosols. Their cost is higher than that of foam, but they are incomparable in terms of efficiency and manufacturability. Aerosol preparations do an excellent job of removing foreign odors and do not leave stains.

Alcohol, laundry soap, vodka, as well as carpet cleaning compounds - all these products are suitable for those who are going to clean the interior of a car without overpaying a penny. This or that advice comes from positive experiences. And negative, that is, negative reviews about the use of "folk remedies" are rarely published. In fact, even the options listed here are not so bad. There are just exceptions to the rules. It is about them, about these exceptions, that will be discussed further.

Is it easy to get along with Alcantara

When carrying out the cleaning procedure for artificial suede (Alcantara), it is better to adhere to the rules:

  • A regular foam sponge is good for dry cleaning. In other cases, use a special brush;
  • It is better to give preference to a proprietary product intended for cleaning not suede, but Alcantara. More often aerosol foam is offered. The foam is applied, dried for 2-3 minutes, washed from the surface with a coarse cloth.

And here is a list of common "popular advice": instead of special means, you can buy foam for cleaning carpets (Vanish), but in general it is easier to use ammonia. Note that "ammonia" is part of any proprietary product. It turns out that there will be only one benefit from its use - financial.

Alcantara brush resembles a shoe

In theory, car dealers themselves sell Alcantara cleaning products. Why not take advantage of this? We will leave the choice to the owner.

Another opinion is widespread: a stain on Alcantara can be removed with gasoline purchased at a gas station. But if gasoline leaves traces on the paper when it dries, then the result obtained with another material will be similar. Draw conclusions.

Generally recognized folk remedies

The ideal chemical to help clean both fabrics and plastics is laundry soap. Dissolving it in hot water, you need to get a liquid foam, which, after cooling, is applied with a brush. The result looks like this:

We clean all interior parts with soap

Residual soap is removed with a brush dipped in water. And at the final stage, use a damp cloth.

Any soap in its pure form is an aggressive solvent. When cleaning with a brush, it is impossible not to disturb the structure of the threads. Conclusion: the fabric will survive only a few "soapy cleanings". And then you have to change it.

For fabrics that resemble velvet, advice on using laundry soap is not appropriate. The chemical agent itself will be harmless for them, but this cannot be said about the use of brushes. So, you have to find suitable special equipment.

Here are a few more common tips. They also relate to the treatment of the salon:

  • Plastic, with the exception of glossy, can be cleaned with monitor cloths;
  • The imitation leather is perfectly cleaned with dishwashing detergent;
  • Stains left on plastic or fabric are erased with vodka;
  • Any carpet cleaner will help clean the fabric.

Perhaps, you can take all these advice with confidence, except for the last one. A carpet cleaner can leave streaks, and there are no rules here: streaks appear on dark and sometimes light fabrics. Test a small area of the upholstery to see if the last recommendation actually applies.

Example on video

And fills him with real joy. But, time goes by and the new car becomes not so new. This unique aroma disappears and the car begins to live its usual life on our roads. Over time, the interior of the car becomes not so clean, and various stains and smudges begin to appear. All this is completely solvable by dry cleaning. Most do so. But this procedure is not cheap. Therefore, someone thinks about cleaning the car interior on their own, that is, with their own hands. It is also quite possible to do this if you know the best way to clean and follow some rules.

Interior upholstery cleaning. Basic moments

Today, the materials used for the upholstery of car interiors are quite durable. But nevertheless, if you do not follow the upholstery, then no quality material can last long. Small children very often leave various marks on the seats and other "insides" of the car. All those sweets that they eat or other food, you can probably find on the seats. In addition, our streets do not differ in cleanliness and the dirt that we bring into the salon can be not only on the rugs, but also on the floor.That is why you need to constantly monitor the upholstery of the car, if, of course, you want it to look attractive.

If you spill any drink, then you must immediately remove it from it. Don't wait for it to soak into the upholstery. Then it will be much more difficult to get him out of there. Therefore, your car must have wet wipes, any cloth or paper towels. All of these things will help you remove stains if you spill something in the cabin.

Food stains (and many people love to eat in the car) should also be removed immediately. All for the same reason - the old stain is much more difficult to remove.

Always use regularly If you do not regularly vacuum up dirt and dust, it can go deep into the car's upholstery, and it will not be possible to restore its attractive appearance without serious dry cleaning.

Those who have children use the children’s ones. They put Him in the back seat. At the same time, pay attention so that you do not have it in the same place. Change its position at the back periodically. This way you can keep the upholstery in the rear seat of your car longer. The very position of such a chair, too, should be changed, if possible. In addition, do not forget to clean up dust and dirt under the child seat regularly.

It is better not to eat or drink any “colored” drinks in the car. So the likelihood of its contamination will be minimal, and, consequently, you will keep the upholstery clean much longer. If you really love to eat and drink in the car, then you will definitely not be left without stains on the upholstery. Of course, if you have a lot of free time, then the salon can be cleaned all the time. But if you do not have such time, then it’s better to keep food intake in the salon to a minimum.

How to remove stains in the interior of a car?

Pollution in the passenger compartment is almost never uniform. Often there appear which are very conspicuous. They need to be removed as quickly as possible, because even if the stain is small, over time, it will still become large. So it's better not to wait for this moment, and remove this stain now.

Dirt stains

Such stains are most common in ours. Dirt or particles of earth rub heavily into the upholstery and make it very unsightly. It is only necessary to introduce such stains if the upholstery in this place is dry. To begin with, simply rub the dirt stain with a brush. This will allow you to remove the excess of this very dirt, which has not yet been absorbed into the upholstery, and is located outside. Further, with the help of a soft nozzle of a vacuum cleaner (the one that is used for furniture), you will need to vacuum this spot. This way, you can already remove most of the dry dirt from the upholstery itself. If the stain is already difficult to remove, then wet treatment is indispensable here. It is better to rub it with a slightly damp cloth, or use a washing vacuum cleaner. But in any case, you don't need to pour a lot of water. So the stain will only be absorbed into the upholstery more strongly, and this is not necessary for us at all.

Coffee stains in the salon

The second most popular type of stain is coffee. After all, many, especially those who travel far, love to have a cup in the cabin. Therefore, such spots are far from uncommon. Sometimes drivers simply forget to put away the coffee cup they put on the dashboard. The car started, and the coffee spilled accordingly. In any case, coffee is not immediately absorbed into the upholstery, so if you spill it, then immediately blot the spilled liquid with the same paper towel. It will help you to clean up spilled coffee to the maximum. The liquid is simply absorbed faster into such a towel than into the dense upholstery of the passenger compartment. It's good if you have water in the cabin. Then just pour it over a fresh coffee stain and again collect it all with a soft towel. Later, on the coffee stain, you will need to apply the product that is used on top.And later, the stain will still need to be vacuumed.

Vomiting spots

Cleaning the car interior from vomit stains is still not so common. But, nevertheless, this is also quite possible. It often happens that children or animals are simply rocked while riding, as a result of which such spots appear. Such stains are not easy to rub off. And again, in order to successfully combat them, everything must be done promptly. To begin with, be sure to open the windows in the car, or the door as a whole. This is done not only so that the unpleasant smell comes out, but also so that the air circulation is greater. This will allow the interior to be better ventilated and the stain will dry out faster after cleaning. The common part of such contamination must be removed quickly. This can be done with any cloth, paper towels or similar soft things.

Next, you need to clean it with soda (1/4 of a glass) and water. We dilute all this soda in a glass of warm water. Then, simply with a clean cloth (or the same napkin), we just gently blot the stain itself, while rubbing it should not be. Next, we rinse the place of contamination, rinse it and once again it will need to be soaked with this cleaning compound. The fabric itself will need to be periodically rinsed in clean water, because cleanliness cannot be achieved at once. If the soda solution becomes too cloudy at the same time, then it is better to prepare another one. When you manage to completely remove the stain from the upholstery, this place will need to be covered with soda and slowly rubbed into this area. Smell, soda kills very well, which is very important in this case. Let the baking soda dry on the spot, then it can be removed simply with a vacuum cleaner.

If small residues still remain, then a clean cloth (first moisten it in water) can be removed. And moisture that may still remain on the stain, just blot until the stain is practically dry. And the final step is to vacuum the spot again, if necessary.

Also in the salon after such stains may remain.It can be removed with the help of cat litter. Just place its granules in a woman's stocking or tights. The cat litter absorbs smell excellently.
