RVG meters rotary gas
RVGrotary gas meters(G16; G25; G40; G65; G100; G160; G250; G400) are used for technological and commercial accounting of the volume of non-aggressive, dried and purified gases: natural and city gases, propane, air, nitrogen, inert gases, etc. in heat and power plants industrial, municipal and other enterprises.
Rotary gas meter RVG works on the principle of displacement of a strictly defined volume of gas by rotating rotors. The volume of the displaced gas is determined by the volume of the meter measuring chamber formed by inner surface body and surfaces of two rotors synchronously rotating in opposite directions. The rotary motion of the rotors is transmitted through the gearbox and the magnetic coupling to an 8-bit counting mechanism, which registers the number of rotors' revolutions, and, consequently, the volume of gas that has passed through the meter.
Gas meter RVG records the volume of gas under operating conditions. To bring the measured gas volume to the volume at standard conditions counter RVG can be equipped with electronic correctors EK270, EK260 or TC220, TC215, TC210.

Rotary gas meter RVG is reliable, accurate and affordable
The scope of this model is quite extensive. The product can be used to measure the consumption of gases that belong to the non-aggressive group, taking into account the performed drying and cleaning of the gas. These are the groups of gases:- natural gas;

- inert gases.
The principle of operation of this model is based on the technology of displacement of a strictly defined volume of gas by rotors that rotate. The movement of the rotors is transmitted to a counting mechanism, which records the number of revolutions of the rotors. Thus, the gas volume is calculated.
It is important to emphasize that the rotary gas meter G40, G16 - up to the standard size G400, keeps track of the gas consumption under operating conditions. To bring the volume to standard conditions, this model is equipped with electronic correctors of the following types:

Rotary gas meters RVG are intended for commercial and technological metering of flows of purified and dried gaseous media: natural gas, propane, hydrogen, air, nitrogen and inert gases.
The RVG rotary meter works on the principle of displacement of a strictly defined volume of gas by rotating rotors. The volume of the displaced gas is determined by the volume of the meter's measuring chamber formed by the inner surface of the housing and the surfaces of two rotors synchronously rotating in opposite directions. The rotary motion of the rotors is transmitted through the reducer and the magnetic coupling to an 8-bit counting mechanism, which registers the number of revolutions of the rotors, and, consequently, the volume of gas that has passed through the counter.
The RVG gas meter registers the gas volume under operating conditions. To adjust the measured gas volume to the volume under standard conditions, the RVG meter can be optionally equipped with an electronic corrector of the type or.

Rotary gas meters are devices for measuring the volume of gas, the principle of their operation is based on the displacement of gas by rotors. They record the volume of gas under operating conditions.
To bring the measured value to the normal volume, electronic volume correctors such as EK-88, TS-90, EK-260 are used. Gas consumption range: from 0.8 m3 / h to 400 m3 / h. Maximum working pressure: 1.6 MPa.
Application area
Medium: natural gas, city gas, propane, inert gases, air. Industries: gas supply, heat power engineering, chemical industry. Tasks: measurement, control, automatic regulation.
Distinctive features
Over the years, RVG gas meters have proven themselves excellently in operation, especially in cases where high measurement accuracy and compact design are required. Rotary gas meters type RVG are the ideal addition to turbine meters for flow rates from 0.8 m3 / h to 400 m3 / h. High quality structures, components, materials guarantee high accuracy of measurements, durability and reliability of work. RVG gas meters are equipped with two low-frequency E1 impulse transmitters (reed contact). At the request of the customer, RVG gas meters are equipped with an E300 medium-frequency impulse sensor and an A1K high-frequency sensor. The combination of different types of pulse transmitters allows the RVG gas meter to be used in automatic regulation and control systems.
RVG gas meters are distinguished by:
- low inertia of rotors at variable loads (costs);
- low pressure loss (20 - 40 mm H2O)
Installation and maintenance
Due to its operating principle, the installation of the RVG gas meter does not require straight pipe runs. Installation can be carried out both on the horizontal and on the vertical section of the gas pipeline. The oil level must be regularly checked and maintained. During operation, it is recommended to use filters or a conical sieve to capture particles larger than 0.25 mm. If the gas is very contaminated, then an additional filter must be used, which captures particles larger than 0.05 mm.
