Mini tractors of Russian production: review, models, characteristics, prices and reviews. The most reliable manufacturers

On city streets, in farms and personal subsidiary plots, even in gardening associations, you can increasingly find a mini-tractor. And there is nothing to be surprised at.

Such a technique is economical, its small dimensions allow it to be used in limited areas, and an extensive selection of attachments makes it possible to perform all types of work. Another important factor is the price, which is significantly lower than the cost of an "adult" tractor.

More recently, this market has been fully occupied by foreign companies. But in recent years, more and more buyers are paying attention to domestically produced equipment.

This is primarily due to the fact that our tractors are better adapted to local climatic conditions. Also decisive was the trend towards better build quality, which initially received little attention.

The use of mini-tractors of Russian production

The mechanization of manual labor is a priority task in agriculture, on which the success and profitability of your endeavors depends.

If the entire scope of work is a 10 hectare garden, one cow and a small mowing, one walk-behind tractor is enough. If you have tens or even hundreds of hectares, then serious, energy-rich equipment is required here.

But for a small farm, or a large private household, a mini-tractor will be the best assistant. The choice will primarily be economically justified, it is much cheaper to maintain such equipment than an "adult" tractor. And thanks to a variety of attachments, it can perform all the functions of more powerful equipment, but only with lower performance.

On large livestock complexes, mini-tractors are widely used for work inside farms. Due to their compact size and maneuverability, it is convenient to distribute feed, remove and remove animal waste with their help. These same advantages make them popular in large greenhouse farms, where the size of the equipment plays a critical role.

In the municipal sphere, this type of equipment is used for lawn maintenance, cleaning of squares, sidewalks. As well as any other work where the use of large machines is difficult.

Recently, mini-tractors are gaining popularity in companies engaged in low-rise construction of country houses, summer cottages, cottages. A mounted concrete mixer will help to fill the foundation, a mini-excavator will dig trenches for communications, a drill will make holes for installing poles or help screw in screw piles. I think comments that specialized equipment for these purposes costs a lot of money are unnecessary.

Russian manufacturers and models of popular mini-tractors

Today, on the market of small-sized agricultural machinery, the main players are European and Japanese companies, which have long established themselves as manufacturers of equipment of excellent quality. The South Korean company "Kioti" steps on their heels.

Chinese machine builders have also managed to take strong positions in the Russian market. Recently, significantly improving the quality and offering lower prices.

Our manufacturers, unlike competitors, had to start from scratch. Let me explain why. In the USSR, the small farmer, as a class, was simply absent. All equipment was focused on large collective farms, where there was no place for mini-tractors. The smallest tractor at that time was, for which the mini attachment with its two tons of weight is not quite suitable.

Therefore, the main domestic manufacturers have adopted the experience of foreign colleagues. Mainly tractor builders from the Middle Kingdom.

Let's consider the popular Russian models in more detail.

T-0.2.03.2-1

Let's start with a representative of the URALTRAK plant in Chelyabinsk. Tracked-wheeled T-0.2.03. The machine was created as a universal assistant in communal services and agriculture.

It is completed with three different power plants:

  • Domestic diesel engine В2Ч 8.2 / 8.7, 12 hp, air-cooled.
  • Carbureted, 16HP Vengard gasoline engine, liquid-cooled, 16 hp.
  • Diesel Lister-Petter W2 with a power of 14.2 hp and liquid cooling.

The tractor is equipped with a 3-point hitch and a power take-off shaft. The gearbox is six-speed: 5 speeds forward and 1 reverse.

The basic package includes: dozer blade, rotary brush. The machine has a sealed cab with panoramic views and heated seats. A feature of this model is the change from wheel to tracked.

For control, during operation with tracks, the tractor is equipped with side friction discs. The track is regulated within the range of 112.5–94.5 cm. The T-0.2.03 was used quite successfully in small private farms. Nevertheless, the company has recently officially ceased its production.

KMZ-012 012

The brainchild of the Kurgan Machine-Building Plant. The model existed on the market for about 10 years, after which it suffered the fate of its Chelyabinsk colleague. Literally two or three years ago, mass production was discontinued.

Nevertheless, it can be easily purchased from hands. Often there are offers to sell cars from three to four years ago, from storage.

In general, it was a promising model with its own pros and cons. It was supplied with a 12 hp Russian V2CH diesel engine. As well as American Briggs & Stratton engines: 14-horsepower petrol and 15-horsepower diesel.

A feature of the mini-tractor was the presence of two, front and rear power take-off shafts. And also the presence of a front linkage in the base model. This greatly expanded the capabilities of the tractor.

The picture was spoiled by the dependence of both shafts, as well as hydraulics, on the clutch. This made working with attachments, which were produced in as many as 23 names, difficult and inconvenient.

In general, the car had great inclinations, a great future could await it. It was only necessary to eliminate the shortcomings and slightly modernize the design. But the Kurgan plant decided otherwise.

Mini-tractor Uralets, manufactured by OOO Traktor

The history of this machine began in 2010 with the merger of OOO Traktor with Interagro. By the way, the latter, at that time, was already an official dealer of small-sized Chinese equipment.

The first fruits of this cooperation was a project for the assembly and pre-sale preparation of mini-tractors from the famous Chinese company Xingtai: XT-220, XT-200, XT-140, XT-120.

A year later, Traktor LLC launches its own line of similar equipment, but already under the Uralets brand. Over time, some of the components were replaced with domestically produced parts. But all the main mechanisms and assemblies are still supplied from the Middle Kingdom.

The lineup is presented in three versions. The youngest "Uralets-160" with a power of 16 hp. It weighs 900 kg and develops a pulling force of 3.5 kN. The gearbox, as on all other models, is a six-speed, 4 speeds forward, and 2 reverse. There is also an independent power take-off shaft with a rotational speed of 540 rpm.

"Uralets-180" this model is equipped with a two-cylinder diesel TY-290 developing a power of 18 hp. The weight of this device is 940 kg, and the hook force reaches 3.7 kN.

It is the most serious and popular device in the family. There are already 22 hp, which, together with a weight of 960 kg, makes it possible to develop an effort of 3.9 kN.

For an additional fee, the basic configuration can be ordered: a set of weights, a tow hitch, twin wheels, additional hydraulic valves, a cab or safety arches.

Mini-tractor "Ussuriets"

Manufactured together with one of China's leading tractor concerns "Shandong Weituo Group". In fairness, it should be noted that the machines of the Weituo plant (Weituo) are distinguished by excellent build quality and an acceptable price.

At the moment, the Ussuriysk joint venture has mastered the production of 18 different models, with a capacity from 24 to 90 hp. Tractors are equipped with different power plants, drive types, etc.

The TS 18DB modification is the least powerful and the most affordable. The KM138.1 engine with a horizontal cylinder develops 24 hp. It has a rear-wheel drive and an independent power take-off shaft.

Mini-tractors also include the 30-horsepower TY-220A and TY-224A models with front and all-wheel drive, respectively, as well as their modifications. Further, there are already more serious cars from 45 forces and above, to which the mini prefix is hardly applicable.

Prospects for the development of Russian mini tractors

The most promising in terms of development, of the machines presented above, are undoubtedly the products of OOO Traktor. Let's explain why.

We do not consider T-0.2 produced by URALTRAK and KMZ-012 from the Kurgan Machine-Building Plant, since the enterprises are not currently engaged in the production of mini-tractors. And the resumption of work on machines of this class is also not known.

Ussuriets, a joint brainchild of the Ussuriysk auto repair plant and the Chinese concern Weituo, is more of a regional manufacturer. Since 2010, this manufacturer has not shown itself outside the Far East.

The Uralets brand, on the other hand, is increasing its presence not only in the Russian regions but also abroad. For example:

  • Deliveries to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Belarus and other countries of the Eurasian Union have been established.
  • In European countries LLC Traktor is represented in Lithuania, Germany, Czech Republic, Serbia. Negotiations are underway with representatives of the Spanish business.
  • The company also plans to enter the Asian market. In particular, the terms of the contract with the Vietnamese manufacturer of small-sized agricultural machinery VIM are being discussed. Perhaps the Ural machine builders will become the first Russian company whose production will be organized on the territory of this state.

In Russia "Uralets" has 48 operating dealerships to which new ones are added. Mastered 12 models of tractors from 12 to 40 hp. About 60 options for various attachments.

As you know, the company "Traktor" buys basic spare parts and mechanisms from its Chinese partners. But at the same time, it constantly strives to reduce the number of imported components. For example, quite recently, the Ural tractors changed their shoes into domestic rubber produced by the Nizhnekamsk tire plant.

We can only sincerely wish the company good luck in all its endeavors. And also make the tractor 100% Russian, completely transferring it to domestic components.

Price for Russian mini tractors

Buying a mini-tractor, we get ourselves an assistant for many years. Therefore, you need to choose carefully.

For some, the most important factor when choosing is the price, for others quality, someone is chasing a famous brand. But whatever tractor you choose, sooner or later it will have to be serviced and repaired.

Therefore, when choosing an assistant for yourself, look first of all at the availability of spare parts and components, the availability of service centers in your region. In this regard, domestically assembled cars outperform competitors.

For the same reason, the purchase of discontinued KMZ-012 or T-0.2.03 may result in a problem in the future, when you cannot find the spare parts you need. Or you will be forced to buy them at an inflated price.

As for the cost of domestic mini equipment, depending on the region, it can differ within 10-30 thousand. But in general, the picture is something like this:

  • KMZ-012- depending on the year of manufacture, condition and availability of attachments, the price may be from 80 to 250 thousandrubles.
  • T-0.2.03... The price also depends on the year and condition, from 100 to 250 thousand. rubles.
  • "Ussuriets" in the simplest configuration will cost you about 250 thousand, depending on the region.
  • "Uralets"... The cost of a 16 strong model starts from 220 thousand, for 22 horses you will have to pay from 360 thousand.

In general, the prices for the new models are quite comparable with foreign counterparts. Therefore, compare, choose, exploit and have a good harvest!

Currently, there are many models from European and Asian countries on the market of mini tractors for farms and private households. Literally at every step there are "Germans", "Japanese" and cheaper "Chinese". The question involuntarily arises - where is our, domestic technology? And there are, and the choice is quite significant. In addition, it is the Russian mini tractors that deserve the closest attention of the buyer.

The fact that they are not yet the best sellers is partly due to the fact that in the "post-stagnation" period, during all the shocks, we mostly lost the market. It takes time to conquer it again. Therefore, the relatively small range (compared to imports) of mini-tractors made in Russia does not mean that they are so bad that they are not in demand and should not be bought.

There is no point in starting a review without touching on this issue.

First, domestic cars are more versatile. Most of our subsidiary farms are rather modest in size, so design engineers are guided by the fact that a mini-tractor needs to be "able" in a small area, with a minimum number of maneuvers, to perform a variety of work - plowing, harrowing, planting (and many other crops), clean up and much more.

That is, Russian tractors are adapted to the realities of our life. Not all foreign analogues can demonstrate such versatility, and those that seem to be "nothing" cost so much that the desire to buy them from a small farmer immediately disappears.

Secondly, domestic mini-tractors are "tied" to our peculiarities - climate, fuel quality (a very important factor) and a number of others. But "foreigners" often do not stand up and begin to be capricious or break down.

Thirdly, there are no difficulties with the repair. Whether to get expert advice, purchase spare parts, send back under warranty - the domestic manufacturer is always “within reach”.

Fourth, which has already been partially noted, an acceptable price.

Overview of models and manufacturers

* The indicated prices are indicative.

"Uralets" (Chelyabinsk, a merger of the firms OOO Traktor and Interagro)

This wheeled model (diesel) is produced in 3 versions - series 160, 180 and 220. Their production has been organized since 2011. For a small subsidiary farm, a "weaker" tractor "160" (16 hp) is suitable, since this power is quite enough to process a small plot of land and plow to the required depth.

The number of gears is 6 (4 + 2), there is a power take-off shaft (PTO). The weight of the product without additional / complete set is 0.9 tons. The manufacturer offers a wide range of various attachments and equipment that can be used as attachments - wheel weights, a trailer and a number of others. On request - double wheels with a special profile (low).

Model "180" differs only in power (18 hp), slightly higher traction force (3.7 kN versus 3.5) and weight - 40 kg heavier.

Similarly, the series "220" - 22 hp; 3.9 kN; 960 kg. A technical novelty is the presence of a differential lock, therefore this product is considered more perfect and convenient in use.

"Ussuriets" (JSC "UAZ")

Wheeled mini-tractors under this brand are produced in a large assortment (18 options). Moreover, the differences in the series are not only in terms of equipment, but also in the features of the execution of structural elements (suspension, engine, and so on). It is impossible to attribute them all to the "mini" class, although the manufacturer positions all of its products that way.

From the point of view of rationality of use in a small farm, first of all, you should pay attention to the model "TS 18DB" (24 "horses"). Drive 2WD, PTO, wheels 4.5 (front) and 14 (rear) / 9.5-20, no cab - these are the main features of this machine.

Models "TY 220A", "TY 220AА-2" differ in that they have a power of 30 hp. and the cockpit. Perhaps that's all.

All other mini tractors from this manufacturer are equipped with a 4WD drive and a two-speed PTO, as well as increased power. Depending on the series, it lies in the range of 30 - 85 hp. "Ussuriets" is attractive not only for a large selection of design options, but also for a variety of additional equipment, which makes it suitable for almost any job.

"T 0.2" (LLC "Uraltrak", Chelyabinsk)

The original wheeled-tracked model. Interesting not only the chassis, but also the choice of engine type. It can be gasoline (16 "horses", liquid-cooled) or diesel. In the latter case, with air cooling - 12, water - 14.2 (hp).

Peculiarities:

PTO, three-point linkage, drive (hydraulics), 6 gears (5 + 1). In addition, there is a rotary brush and a dozer blade. But the main thing is the ability to "change" the vehicle, that is, to use it on a wheeled or tracked vehicle, depending on local conditions.

What's more interesting: the equipped cab, heated seat and powerful headlights allow you to work in any weather, regardless of the time of day.

KMZ 012 (Kurgan)

This wheeled mini-model, according to some users, is somewhat outdated, but users are so fond of it that the demand for it does not fall. One of the reasons is that the structural elements have been constantly improved.

For example, you can buy a "carburetor" car (14 hp) or diesel (15). In both cases, now the products are equipped with engines made in USA.

The changes also affected a number of other components: hitch and PTO - 2 pcs. + 23 different add-ons / devices. The track became adjustable, the ground clearance increased, the resource increased.

Used price - from 125,000 rubles.

Helpful advice

When choosing a specific model of a mini-tractor, you should pay attention to who and how provides technical support for the products. Then there will be no problems with either warranty repairs or the supply of spare parts.

You should be aware that not all of the listed models are available today. So, unfortunately, the production of "KMZ" (since 2013) and "T 0.2" (since 2012) has been officially discontinued, although they are on sale. Even if you can find a not new, but quite decent used model, then what about the spare parts? The question is far from idle.

China has long and reliably established itself as a reliable supplier of cheap, but not always high-quality equipment. And the inscription on the label "Made in China" in most cases scares buyers, forcing them to abandon in the direction of a more expensive but reliable manufacturer. But if we talk about Chinese mini tractors, then this would be a delusion. Since 1990, about 20 manufacturers of Chinese mini-corners have appeared on the domestic market. The largest of them: Bulat (Jinma), Dongfeng which is often also called MasterYard, Foton (Europard, Veron), Xingtai (Uralets, Caliber), Shifeng (Swatt). you can buy them in any region of Russia. These models are adapted to the Russian climate and do an excellent job with the tasks assigned to them. This popularity in Russia, which has caused many positive and negative reviews, and makes our today's topic so relevant.

Mini tractors from Chinese manufacturers - combination of reliability and low cost

All models of minitractors made in China are equipped with small-power engines up to 1.5 liters, on diesel fuel with one or two cylinders or gasoline. The Chinese produce their minitrats using the latest technologies at joint ventures with Russia. Attachments for these "kids" are produced about 40 types. This makes mini tractors from China versatile.

They are used in agriculture, utilities, greenhouse, construction and other industries. It is convenient to use this technique for fertilizing, cultivating the soil, preparing fodder for livestock, planting and harvesting root crops.

All equipment from China is produced in modern joint ventures in economically vacant places in China. Many companies work with Japanese, American and German specialists. The advanced experience and the latest technology make this equipment reliable and economical. The cost for many models of the Chinese line is lower than the European or Russian ones. And the availability of spare parts throughout Russia makes them easy and affordable for service.

Manufacturers offer Russian buyers a 1-year or 500-hour warranty on their equipment. But judging by the reviews, many mini tractors worked for 10 years before the first overhaul.

Pros of Chinese mini tractors

You can hear the opinion that the Chinese models of mini tractors have no other advantages besides the price. This is not true. Thanks to their extensive experience in the agricultural machinery industry, foreign experts have achieved great success. Here are just some of the advantages of models brought from China:

  1. Easy to maintain and manage.
  2. The technique is productive.
  3. Maneuverability due to its small size.
  4. There are many inexpensive maintenance and service centers throughout Russia.
  5. Economical fuel consumption.
  6. It copes well both on flat and hilly terrain.
  7. Payback in 1-1.5 years.

Chinese mini tractors in various regions of Russia

There are suppliers of Chinese agricultural machinery in different parts of Russia. It is from their ambitions that the price in different regions will envy. The most popular of them are located in Moscow, Omsk and Krasnoyarsk. It is from them that all other regions acquire equipment. It is easy to buy a mini tractor from China, just call your regional dealers or through online stores. By the way, such equipment can be purchased via the Internet directly from the manufacturer. But the minimum that is needed for this is knowledge of the language and possession of the Internet, and an agricultural entrepreneur simply has no time to do this. So new regional dealers are multiplying every day. Moreover, they make their own wrap on equipment, which can be bought cheaper in Moscow or Omsk or Krasnoyarsk. Prices from large dealers in Moscow, Krasnoyarsk and Omsk, as well as the addresses where you can buy a mini tractor can be seen in the table:

Regional Representative Price for Chinese tractors, thousand rubles

As you can see, the cheapest Chinese-made minitractors can be purchased from the official representative of Chinese agricultural machinery in Russia, Traktor LLC. And there are representative offices of this company practically all over Russia.

Over the past few years, Russian tractors have become widely demanded in various fields. Reliable and high-performance models have appeared, which have modest dimensions, and do not cause any complaints in their work! With this “iron assistant”, farmers and utilities will be able to accomplish almost any task.

Faithful helper

Soil processing, harvesting, sowing and so on. All these are integral attributes of agriculture. Physical labor today is not so effective, especially when it comes to large areas, and therefore new Russian tractors are in high demand. Machines behave "obediently", do not cause hassle in operation and are reliable. It is worth noting that mini-tractors are becoming more and more popular today.
In addition to the agricultural sector, the machinery is used in the utilities sector and on construction sites. With its help, the quality of the work carried out increases and a lot of time is saved. Lightweight and multifunctional machines - this is how you can briefly describe modern models of Russian tractors. They use different equipment:

  • buckets;
  • borax;
  • excavators;
  • cultivators;
  • snow removal equipment and so on.

Equipment from a domestic manufacturer is created specifically for the Russian climate. That is why tractors are so efficient in work and serve for many years.

Choose wisely

The following models are most popular on sale:

  • "KMZ-012";
  • "HT-120";
  • "Uralets";
  • Rusich T-21;
  • "Chuvashpiller 240A".

Of course, each model has its own characteristics, pros and cons. Therefore, by analyzing offers on the Internet, the user has the opportunity to compare options. The question of the price of Russian tractors, their appearance and technical parameters - everything needs to be taken into account, because the purchase is quite serious.

Domestic production has made good progress over the past few years. Technique is created, as they say, for centuries. All mechanical components are repeatedly tested. And if the car suddenly breaks down and parts need to be replaced, buying components for Russian tractors in Samara is not a problem.

Our company offers the best self-propelled vehicles at competitive prices! Have you decided on a model of equipment? Then contact us! You can do this by phone or through the website, our managers will not only help you buy the necessary self-propelled vehicle, but also provide detailed advice on issues of interest.

Modern mini tractors of Russian production are high-quality equipment that can well compete with similar machines of European, Chinese or Japanese production. Let's consider what are the features of the domestic tractor car industry, and also study the main models that are in greatest demand.

Scope of application

This technique is versatile, and Russian models attract attention not only for their affordable price, but also for their good technical capabilities. Most often, Russian-made mini tractors are used in private households for carrying out small work in the garden and vegetable garden. Large machines in small areas are both inconvenient and expensive to use, while small capacities are ideal for such work.

Mini tractors can be supplemented with various attachments, so the scope of their application can be much wider. So, in addition to agriculture, it is advisable to use them in farming and communal industries. Due to their small size, they are maneuverable, easy to operate, do not damage asphalt or lawn.

Main types

Russian-made minitractors are presented in different modifications and varieties: wheeled or tracked, running on gasoline or diesel, with or without a cab, with front or all-wheel drive. Their functionality can be increased by using attachments. Each mini tractor can be supplemented with numerous tools - plows, buckets, mowers, cultivators, which significantly expands the scope of their use.

Mini tractor KMZ

Russian-made KMZ mini tractors are being created at a machine-building plant in Kurgan. The model has maneuverability thanks to a thrust class of 0.2. The tractor is suitable for operation in a confined space, for example on the street or agricultural area. The vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic system and suspension - front and rear.

KMZ-012 has a number of characteristics that distinguish it from a number of analogues:

  • profitability;
  • excellent maneuverability;
  • excellent power reserve;
  • the ability to use in small areas.
