Most likely this is the case, the oil is really like water, you need to change it urgently and see how the engine works, what the consumption will be, whether the hydraulics will make noise.

The most important thing in motor oil is not to buy leftist, in everything else, in principle, the brand and so on are not so important, you won’t get much of a price if you change the oil every 5,000 km, of course there are rumors that from Lukoil there are pieces of plasticine lying in the crankcase later , I haven’t personally checked, but I know that production and technology are now at the level and synthetics from Lukoil are quite good normal oil, the subconscious belief is simply triggered that in Russia they cannot do anything special, and therefore there is no desire to trust the internal combustion engines of foreign cars to domestic oils. Of course, it still depends on what kind of engine you have, in my case the 4G63 is an omnivorous horse, into which the main thing is not to pour 50W.

The times are difficult, there is a crisis, wages are not growing, but are even declining, and oil prices are still creeping up, so our task is to find inexpensive, good oil that will be original, in in this case German and even if it is not a famous brand, but if you change it every 5000-7000 km, it will work perfectly. Of course, I won’t get ahead of myself just yet, but I hope that I won’t have to add any more oil until the replacement (of course, if you don’t turn it to 6000). I changed the oil, exactly 4 liters came in, I put a liter in the trunk for topping up for a rainy day. The engine runs smoothly, the hydraulics don’t knock, I won’t say anything about fuel consumption yet, it was basically normal, I don’t think it should change much from the oil on a normal healthy engine. Whoever I haven’t asked, they say everywhere that they haven’t encountered any complaints from those who filled this oil
