Final step: correct seam
The remaining work is difficult due to its jewelry. First you need to decide how the leather will be fixed on the steering wheel for a while while you work with a needle and thread. The cover should not ride on the steering wheel, and both hands will be needed. You can call someone for help, but stitching will be very long and painstaking.
In order not to make yourself and your assistant a hassle, it is better to come up with some kind of device that will securely fix the cover. Next, decide on the running seam. Often used macrome, pigtail and sports, someone herringbone or cross. It is better not to use the Christmas tree for beginners: it can get crooked, and such a seam does not shine with strength.
