For me personally, a 2-liter engine would be quite enough. There is a certain "thoughtfulness" of the engine if you want to take off, but this does not cause discomfort.

After I switched from Toyota LC 200 to Mercedes GL-class, I have the feeling that GL 350 does not need to be refueled at all - such a huge difference between these cars in fuel consumption. According to my calculations, the LC 200 is more than 2.5 times more "gluttonous" than the Mercedes GL-class. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to save on fuel, but refueling “kills” a lot of time and, as a rule, you need to refuel just at the moment when you are hopelessly late for an important meeting.
