The development of the interior space of the model was associated with the use of the FlexSpace concept, which makes it possible to program the interior layout with its subsequent transformation according to a specific working scheme. The rear seats are adjustable in several directions, can be moved forward by 200 mm, significantly increasing the volume of the luggage compartment. All seats, including the driver's, are in an elevated position relative to the floor level, which makes it possible to have a good overview of the surrounding area.

The car is equipped with special modules that in the cabin act as comfortable wide armrests, and when stopping somewhere in nature, they are taken out of the car and can be used as miniature tables.

In 2013, Opel Meriva underwent a restyling, during which Intel Link was installed in the cabin, a perfect multimedia system with a 7-inch display. The package includes a digital radio, a CD player with a six-disc changer and two navigation systems: Navi 950 and Navi 650.
