In this article we will tell you how to drain the old oil and replace the oil filter on a VAZ 2110, 2111, 2112. The oil must be changed every 10,000 km.

Vendor code: Oil filter - C230/606. The oil volume in the VAZ 2110, 2111, 2112 engine is 3 liters. Synthetic oil 5w40 is used.

Tools: 17" wrench. Oil filter puller.

Changing the oil in the VAZ 2110, 2111, 2112 engine:

First of all, open the oil filler cap. Next, we climb under the car and unscrew the 17" drain plug on the crankcase with a 17" wrench. Next, we wait until the old oil drains.

Then, using a special puller, unscrew the old oil filter. After this, pour oil into the oil filter and screw it on by hand.

Then fill the engine with new engine oil.

Use the dipstick to control the oil level. It should be between the maximum and minimum levels.

This is how easy it is to change the oil in a VAZ 2110, 2111, 2112 engine. The whole procedure took us about 10 minutes. The engine began to run smoother. The old oil that we drained was already in very poor condition.
