What does 5W40 stand for?

The letter W, which comes from English word Winter (winter), lubricants that can be used all year round are marked. The numbers in front of it are an index of the lowest possible ambient temperatures. In our case, 5 guarantees product stability down to minus 35 degrees Celsius. Well, the numbers after the letter are used to indicate the maximum high temperatures environment. Accordingly, this oil can be used from minus 35 to plus 40 degrees.

Advantages and disadvantages

It’s not for nothing that this motor oil is called super – its many advantages are confirmed by numerous tests and tests, as well as positive reviews consumers. Here are its advantages:

3. labels soldered into plastic using a special technology that cannot be peeled off or re-glued;
4. laser engraved production date that cannot be erased or smeared.

In addition, purchase lubricants should only be purchased from an official distributor, in verified places. It is also recommended to ask the seller to show a quality certificate - any licensed oil must have one.
